They are professional from sale to install. Sales people (we use Pam S.) know the product, and the installers are very experienced and I believe they are employed by Carpet Den. In fact, one of the guys that was here that day installed the hardwood in the house when it was built and by the way, the floor was a perfect match! Love, love, love doing business with them.”
