“Lee was very helpful and always showed up when she said she would. Even after the cabinets came and her job was done, she followed up to make sure the installers did there job and guided them if she felt something should be changed. She was able to give me my dream kitchen and my bathroom vanity within my budget. I love it all. Thank you so very much. I would recommend her for your project.”

“We have used Community Renovations for 2 bathroom projects. One master bath was renovated top to bottom, 1 bathroom was renovated with new floor and walk in shower. The customer service, attention to detail, knowledge of market materials available, timely manner from beginning to end of project was the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. Their knowledge of aging in place and handicapped needs is a welcome addition to the renovation landscape here in southeastern Michigan.”

“I scheduled my inspection prior to closing on our home. The staff was professional and easy to work with. I was able to schedule my appointment quickly and at a time that suited me. Upon arrival, the inspector was clear and informative, very thorough, even giving us tips and hints for maintenance and energy saving and easy ways to increase our property value. He was able to alert us to some simple items that needed repair. We were provided a detailed report with the condition of all major systems inside our home as well as the interior review and items that may need repair or replacement, approximate age and where we can make minor improvements. It was a great education on our home and I'm happy with the professionalism and clarity of the inspection and the pleasant staff.”

“G&V are the Bomb! Our basement is now the gem of our house. We did a complete remodel and are more than thrilled. The custom work they did is literally off the charts. The attention to detail and cost effective fashion in which Glenn works is second to none. He has ideas that other contractors just don't have. If you have a project that you want more ideas and are ready to expand the scope - he is absolutely your guy. Even if you need to stay in a budget, he can do it and get creative. I'm not exaggerating when I say he is the best contractor we've ever dealt with. Spot on from start to the end of the project.”

“Quality workmanship, very professional. I hired James / greenedge through my contractor for a renovation that we are currently doing. We had a bit of a unique situation, with an unexcavated crawl space under our family room addition. James assessed e situation, and determined the correct - and economical - solution. He later came back to spray all of the exterior walls that had been exposed during the Reno. An important note- it isn't often that the guy who does the quote is the guy doing the dirty work. James has a hands on approach, very customer service driven. Making sure that the customer is satisfied is priority #1. I will have Greenedge back for future projects. Note the project cost is the cost of the entire Reno, not the cost of insulation!!”
