“Working with Best and Best on our full house renovation was a dream from start to finish. They came out and gave us a competitive estimate, it wasn’t the least expensive bid we got. But I felt with their checks and balances that they have in place was the best fit for us. Best and Best communicated all the way through the project and even when we had last-minute add-ons and changes they were able to accommodate us and keep our project on track and on budget. Best and Best kept things very organized and clean which we appreciated. But what blew us away was their attention to detail and craftsmanship. Our house was on the higher level of homes, so we wanted to make sure we were keeping everything on the same level or higher quality. “Great products, service and pricing. Designers are great to work with and the owners are fantastic. The showroom is an amazing resource to see the latest and greatest flooring and tile products. The new bath/fixture room is fantastic too. Make sure to go in the back of the warehouse as well to see more great products on display.”

“We selected JetStream Cooling to contribute to our ideal patio space. We intended to use the patio/poolside areas for entertaining and as an additional place of leisure. Upon meeting with them and receiving our estimate we felt they offered the best product available and had excellent communication with us from the start! Honestly, whatever the Texas climate may be, our patio has been comfortable and cool. We are very satisfied and highly recommend this company.”

“I was referred to this company by a very good friend. I had a second home located 22 miles from my Primary Residence and wanted sell it as the housing market was recovering nicely and it was in a hot market area. I described exactly what I wanted the overall project to end up as - a move in ready single family home with lots of "curb appeal". The project was a little longer than I was hoping for but the results were spectacular! The cracked Master Bathroom sink was over 18 years old and it was replaced with an identical one. All of the old brass hardware was changed to brushed nickel. All cabinetry in the Master Bath and Kitchen were sanded and painted a matte white. The entire interior was repainted in a neutral golden beige with gleaming white trip. All the electrical and HVAC was brought up to current city code requirements. The front yard had old bushes removed and bricks lining the walkway to the front were removed as it was very dated. The old city light pole which was peeling badly and looked rusty was painted a flat black. The finished house had 43 showings via the Multi List Service (MLS) and closed the deal in 28 days! I got the full asking price on the second offer and it was an all cash deal!”

“Hi, We moved into a new home and built out a laundry room with the assumption that the trim would be easy to find and install. Surprise, surprise it was neither. We called David Carpentry and were delighted when Steven located the trim within 24 hours and the pricing he found it at was literally 30% of similar trim we thought we were going to have to use. He was able to install it in an afternoon and the work is exceptional. I would recommend David Carpentry to anyone looking for quality work at a great value. Respectfully, Greg Henggeler”

“A great company with some of the best employees in the business. We had a pipe break and several rooms were flooded. We called them and the insurance company about the same time. They were here with in an hour. They adjuster was here and work started immediately. The flooring was pulled and with minutes the drying process was started, A group of professional and friendly workers took over. Packed up everything and furniture and stored it in a temperature controlled storage facility until all repairs were made and them returned into our home. Again, a great company to do business with and well worth giving a call if you are in a situation you need their help. You will not be disappointed and I recommend them to everyone.”

“Curry Property Inspections Excellent Service. Being from out of state, I was quite nervous buying a new home for my children and I in Fort Worth. When I walked in the door of my home of choice for the home inspection I was instantly put at ease with Jim.He took his time to explain everything.Jim was never put out when I asked if he could explain the home inspection in detail so I could understand.
