“We started with UltraGuard about a year and 1/2 ago and have received prompt and professional service from both the head office and the technician who applies the product locally. As an interior design firm, it has proven to be a profitable "up-sell" to offer clients who purchase upholstered pieces through us. The product itself seems to be very effective. We have not had a single complaint from our clients and have also had the sealant applied to pieces in our showroom. We were especially impressed with it's performance on an expensive hand-knotted rug placed in a high-traffic area. It seemed easier to vacuum after the application and a few spills were easily blotted up without leaving a stain.”

“I have used Classic Home Improvement Products for many years as a material and labor supplier for my clients. They are an outstanding company with super service. If all of my vendors treated me like CHI does, then my job would be much easier. They never drop the ball and go out of their way to accommodate my clients and me. “We took a number of bids from other stair companies and Pike Stair was the only company who said they could do the work we wanted the way we wanted it. Other stair companies "insisted" what we wanted could not be done. In addition, Pike was not the most expensive, and because they said they could do "the impossible", I did have concerns and told the owner about them. He assured me it was going to be done. Once construction began it was discovered my house was not built to code 35 years ago and this caused some problems with installation. In my head I thought, "I knew there were going to be overruns." However, the owner and I discussed the issues and the lack of code was a surprise to him as well as I. We came to a very reasonable agreement on how much extra it was going to cost. I watched on a number of days the work ethic of both Eric Pike and Hanno. I was truly amazed at how hard they worked on such a hard project. Their personal dignity is truly part of the work they do. Doing poor work humiliates them and so they will never allow that to happen even if the "poor work" is in the "eye of the homeowner." I would hire them again and again and attempted to do so, but ran out of money on other improvement projects. When I have the money again I won't even call around as Pike was the only one who wanted to get me what I wanted the way I wanted it. BTW, the stairs came out beautiful. I could not have been more satisfied. In other words they did the impossible for a good price and would not leave a concern unanswered and fixed.”

“Have worked with Alchemy Sheet Metal on several projects and have been impressed with their quality, punctuality and price! Great attitude before, during and after. Ive been to their fabrication facility and their equipment is up to date producing high quality components. Can't say how many people we went thru to find this company. First Job in 2013, haven't used anyone else since.”

“Our interior designer commissioned a custom metal table to be made for our new kitchen. At first the completed table had deep scratches in the metal but after working with SS we determined the scratches could be sanded out. Our table is now in place in our kitchen nook and looks great! We love the unique design and it fits the space perfectly.”

“The front cylinder fell out of my commercial lock that operates the latch mechanism below. Other locksmiths told me up to $150 for a replacement cylinder, and up to $300 if the latch mechanism was needed too. Tony’s correctly diagnosed the problem using email photos. My bill was only $95 to reinsert cylinder with a new ring that had broken, and replace a missing screw. Tony’s Locksmith is now in my permanent contact list.”

The whole process of placing the order, installation and completion was stress free. My husband loves his stairlift. “Jim Lowe Glass has always done a great job for us. He warranties his work and backs it up with follow up when an issue arises rather than burying his head in the sand. Recently, he went the extra mile to find a rare style of glass for my commercial customer that other companies could not find or did not want to spend the effort to do so. He is versed in both residential and commercial. We at WBCS, INC. would recommend Jim Lowe glass to family and friends.”

“I had a Leak in back of my shower I hire another Contractor To do the work he did the demolition and after constantly raising the Price I Fired him and hire GUILLENS CONSTRUCTION. He charged me$2000.00 less and once he took over the project they found more leeks under the house .He Repiped the Hot and Cold water lines and did the dry out and mold abatement in my Crawl Space using a New process called FreezeBlasting. Saving me thousands of dollars of {with out Replacing the costly removal of the subfloor. I ended up paying $15000.00 still way under Budget material and Labor. I could not believe the outcome the hole in the ground is what the Original contractor Left my Bathroom The rest is how GUILLENS CONSTRUCTIONleft my Bathroom . You did a great Job. Thank You .
