“King built our beautiful new barn, perfectly executing the gorgeous design by Gardner/Fox Associates. The project required careful demolition of our old barn, preserving the existing tack room, and building a new 5 stall barn on the existing foundation. The crew was skilled, pleasant, and fast. The staging and management of materials was impressive. They used a Pettibone lift in ingenious ways. The whole project wa completed in 81 days and we could not be happier. Super high quality people and product.”

“Just replaced the hardwoods on our entire main floor and couldn't be happier with the result. From start to finish the team at Brazilian Floors were professional, efficient and took great care in maintaining the quality in their work. We had some time constraints and had a small window of time to get the job done. Wasn't easy especially given that it was over the Holidays but they adjusted they're schedule to accomodate us and everything went smoothly and right on time. I would highly recommend Brazilian Floors for anyone looking to replace their floors from knowledgeable people in the industry who actually deliver on what they promise.”

“GREAT PRODUCT. GREAT PEOPLE. SAVED OVER $2,000 ON HEATING THE FIRST YEAR, We hired Tankless Concepts to replace our oil-fired heating boiler and gas-fired tank-style hot water heater with a gas-fired NAVIEN combination boiler and tankless hot water heater, after meeting with four contractors and reviewing three proposals. We saved over $2,000 on our heating costs the first year. The old system used four zones to unevenly heat our 80-year old; 2,300 square foot; 4-bedroom; 3-1/2 baths; house. The new two-zone system, developed from a room-by-room heating analysis of our existing radiators and cast iron baseboards, heats the house evenly. The hot water is endless. As a retired engineer, I was impressed by their detailed technical and product knowledge. They understood and answered all my questions. They developed innovative low-impact cost-effective boiler venting solutions for this old brick colonial. The installation started, proceeded, and completed on the planned schedule and at the agreed cost. There were no surprises. We are reaping substantial savings. With the old equipment, our monthly non-electric energy costs were about $230 a month ($2,760 a year) for the oil-fired boiler and about $25 a month ($300 a year) for gas-fired hot water, cooking, and clothes drying. With the new equipment, we heated the house through the entire 2019-20 heating season for about $600.”

“Atlantic Sun Control, Inc. provided sun protection film on 95% of the windows/patio doors in my home (and my homes front faces east and the rear faces west -- so quite a bit of sun for many hours of the day, especially during the hot summer season). The harmful rays from the sun were damaging (and reducing the longevity and vibrant look) my floors, cabinets, and furniture -- but not anymore! Their contact person and installation person(s) were professional and provided excellent service. They stand behind their product and service! I highly recommend Atlantic Sun Control.”

“Drainage & Erosion did a wonderful job on our patio. They worked with us to come up with a plan that we love. They also worked with our deck company so that we could complete both projects at the same time. They also built a beautiful retaining wall and flower bed to accompany our patio.
