“We had an emergency situation at our home. We called Avon Plumbing and Heating. They had a technician at our house within the hour to troubleshoot. We needed a new well pump. As this was late in the day, they diagnosed the problem and stated they would have a team at our house the next morning. This was on a Friday evening. The next morning (Saturday) at 8:30 AM, the owner and a senior technician arrived at our home and went right to work. Within 2 hours, they had replaced the well pump and we were back in business. Simply put, their response was nothing short of OUTSTANDING. Highly recommend them.”

“I have used Pro Plumbing, and owner, Matt Forbotnick for several projects. He installed a water heater late on a Friday to be sure I had hot water for the weekend and did not charge me when I ordered the wrong size and he had to pick up another one on his way (and return the first one he paid to be delivered so he could start the job sooner). When my old kitchen faucet needed to be replaced, he gave me great info on what to select/not select at the store so I got the exact style I wanted with the quality a professional would choose. He also replaced a toilet with one he selected and delivered himself. It is a highly rated toilet yet his price was very reasonable. (It is the best functioning one in the house). He also had the attention to detail to ask for my preference on color of the caulk. He is always clean, friendly and I am always comfortable with him in my home. I plan to renovate the master bathroom and will be calling him for that job, too.”

“These are my "go-to" contractors whenever I have issues plumbing or heating related. They promptly respond to phone calls, show up when they say they will, employ capable and personable employees, and most importantly, do quality work that is fairly priced and stand behind it. I have used them for repairing leaks, putting in dishwashers, replacing water heaters and faucets. Cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“I would give them more stars if I could. I was recently about to sell a house and needed a water heater installed on the same day. Rhonda was very helpful and professional and was able to arrange to get a permit to install it in time for the final walkthrough. Richard was great in coordinating this last minute job. “A couple of months ago I awakened to a toilet that had been running all night and I had no idea that it had done so. It had eroded the ring underneath and was leaking into my basement. I did what I could to stop it but knew that I needed a plumber ASAP! The first name I came across was Joshua’s and he was a godsend! He talked me through how to make sure the valves were off and completely calmed me down. His work ethic and compassion for a hysterical female early on a Sunday morning spoke volumes about his character. He fixed my problem in no time at all and at a reasonable price. My toilet has not had any issues since and is actually functioning like it’s brand new. Thank you Joshua! You are my go to guy for any plumbing work needed in the future.”
