“I purchased a toilet at Lowe's -- probably one of the most mundane of all the tasks you can ask a plumber to do. Bootz was set up as the contractor for the install. When Dave arrived, he was totally professional, performed clean work (On a Toilet replacement!!!) and told me everything to know about toilets-- that the guy at Lowe's should have known. I was more pleased with my purchase after the install-- and my discussion with Dave-- than I was during and just after the purchase. If they are this good on something like this... I would recommend and would hire them for larger projects as well.”

“Very professional and competent service. Honest, decent pricing, respectful and nice workers. We have had them do minor things like toilet repair and leaking tub, as well as major sewer line replacement. They came recommended by a neighbor, and I would highly recommend them.”

“The Senior Plumbing technician is amazing. He has 40 years experience and is willing to explain any problem and solution to any plumbing issue. He is laid back and personable and will go out of his way to make his customer comfortable and make sure they understand what is going on and why. Although he is a bit 'old school', he keeps up on the latest tech and can offer advise and anything pertaining to plumbing.”
