“We have had to use Mr. Rooter a few times now with 2 being emergencies. The 1st time was at 11pm on a Sat night. They were here in no time (we actually live about 15 miles outside of Decatur on the edge of Bankhead Nat'l Forest) and got the problem fixed quickly & completely with NO additional charge for the emergency or the fact that it was a wkend night. We also just used them again last week when a water pipe coming into the house burst and was flooding our basement. Again, another great experience with a very reasonable charge. They are apparently based in Huntsville but service the entire area. We're 60 miles west of Huntsville. The highest price charged for anything we've had them do so far has been $150.00”
