“Dave deserves more than 5 stars. He installed a sump pump with a battery back-up, an ejector basin pump and lid, a kitchen faucet and a garbage disposal for me. As a woman, I was concerned that someone would try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge on the subject of sump pumps. Dave patiently explained all of my options, the pros and cons of the various models of pumps for my house and purposes and was, at all times, considerate and respectful. He told me that an item that I thought was broken was not and merely required flipping a switch to correct it. He returned to install a soap dispenser in my kitchen, at no charge, because he had promised to do so. The work was performed very well, expeditiously, and the area was left in better condition than when he had arrived. I will not hesitate to call Dave's Plumbing for any plumbing issues I may have in the future (he left his number attached to the sump pump piping for easy access)!”

Iron and water softening solutions now have lead us to nuisance free water. He was professional, attentive, clean, responsive and reasonably priced.”

“Since meeting Tom & Erika at a NARI (National Association for the Remodeling Industry) event a few years ago, I have had them do the plumbing on several projects as well as some service calls. I and my clients have been very happy with the quality of their work as well as the price. They are qualified to handle all manner of plumbing projects and issues. Not only do they do great work but they are very tidy too. They have also become trusted members of NARI's Greater Chicago Chapter. In summary Restore Plumbing is qualified, competent, dependable and clean. I highly recommend them.”

“Chadd Hartwig and his employees do an outstanding job. I am a realtor and recently had a buyer that needed major work done on the plumbing, HVAC and septic systems. The home needed a new HVAC system, hot water heater, plumbing fixture repair, connections to a new septic system that was relocated to the opposite side of the home and re-plumbing of all plumbing. Hartwig plumbing was very responsive, provided full quotes with options for the homeowner to select from, scheduled the work quickly (as it needed to be done before other work on the home and in concert with other professionals such as the septic installer), were very professional and clean (especially considering they were working in a dirt crawl that was often wet. They made tackling a difficult job seem effortless and as a realtor, it was great to know that my buyer was in good hands and that Hartwig Plumbing's "can-do" attitude was backed up with quality work. I highly recommend Hartwig Plumbing to homeowners and businesses in need of plumbing and HVAC work for existing projects as well as new construction. “We had 24/7 Plumbing for help with flood prevention and they were awesome! Before we were experiencing repeated flooding in our basement. Our last plumber kept adjusting drain pipes and didn't really seem like he knew what was going on. After telling us it was fixed numerous times only to have back up in our basement over and over. Finally we had enough and called 24/7. They came out and inspected our home's elevation and gave us several different options to choose from and explained the difference in protection and price points each one offered. After agreeing on a flood control device, they installed it and after the last heavy rain a few of our neighbors backed up and to our surprise our house was completely dry. We will definitely continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs.”

“I had an issue with our tub, washing machine, toilet and sink backing up on a Saturday late afternoon. Jeremy, the owner, was out here in less than 10 minutes, diagnosed the issue and scheduled someone to be out on that Monday. The response time and explanation of the issue was professional and reasonable. Very impressed!”
