“We've been using Botto Brothers for years. They converted us from oil to gas heat and we have people come down to our basement just to look at the beautiful job they did. Honestly, it's like a work of art. Since then we've had them clean up the botched jobs of previous plumbers -- ones we've hired and ones since they first put plumbing into our 1790s house. They took out a LOT of superfluous pipe and made our system work much more fluidly. They are neat, clean, punctual (as much as possible) and professional. They are not cheap, but we've learned our lesson: you never save money with an "economical" plumber or electrician.”

“Work was really impressive and professionally done. Boiler died in the weekend. I was scrambling for it to be replaced. I was without heat and hot water. I called Louis on Sunday, he showed up within two hours and gave me the right price on the spot. I could not imagine when he said, we will start the work from Monday because of your situation. I had contacted other contractors and they could only start the work from Wednesday and would not give the price for the job until Monday. I could not have ask for more. Thanks a lot Louis.”

“We were converting our home heating from oil to gas. Interviewed a few plumbing contractors. Chose Lynbrook plumbing and Heating and am very glad we did. They are knowledgable, professional, neat and do an all around great job. The workers were top notch and Phil, the owner, could not have been more helpful as well as pleasant...always a plus for any improvement job. Any concerns of mine were immediately addressed. We are extremely pleased with our choice and would highly recommend this company.”

“I've dealt with John for many years for all of my heating and major plumbing issues, yes he's a diamond in the rough personality wise, but once you've become a customer he's the BEST THERE IS!! ALWAYS quickly coming to the rescue and doing the highest quality work for whatever situation arises!! The included photo is of replacement for two large hot water heaters with a BOSCH CONDENSING BOILER! Great job and a big savings heating and hot water”

“This company is reliable, professional, honest and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of plumbing and heating. They were recommended to me after another company messed something up and could not figure out how to fix it.. Allstate sent someone out to me immediately and they were able to identify the problem and take care of it right away. I have since then used them for my kitchen and bathroom remodel and boiler conversion. I will never use another company. They have 24 hour emergency service and fair prices. I recommend them to everyone and always get wonderful reviews back.”
