“Excellent customer service. The receptionist was very nice and understood what the situation was. They were accommodating and able to meet with me the very next day. There was an issue with them sending a text they were on their way and then after awhile I called them and they hadn't actually left yet. But he got there and evaluated the problem.”

“Danny always provides excellent amazing and timely service; he is my go-to call for plumbing! He replaced our water heater, repaired numerous leaks on different occasions, replaced our faucet and helped our families for years. He took the time to explain different options, prices, and issues to help us understand what was going on before we took the next step. He's has been available within hours when timing matters most for a simple leak to your basement flooding. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a plumber!”

“Rebuilt our sewer system from House to street. Professional, timely and the price was in line for this type of work. They encountered a few glitches along the way as our home is 80 years old and the old sewer pipe was constructed of ceramic pieces that had become entwined with tree roots.”

“Jiffy Plumbing & Heating did two jobs for us. They fixed our water heater and cleared a main sewer stoppage from the front yard and cleaned it out. They stayed until the job was finished and did a great job! We also really liked that they gave us advice for the future to avoid future costs.”

“Michael and sons are our go to service provider for all things house related! When we bought out house in April 2012 it passed the inspection with flying colors... however 3 months later we realized we had some work to do that we couldn't possibly complete on our own MICHAEL AND SON to the rescue. After diagnosing our problem with the air conditioner they gave us a fair and reasonable estimate, and allowed us to call for an unbiased second opinion and estimate. Then they set up an appointment and completely replaced our internal and external units. Since we have had them back for everything from minor plumbing issues (leaky sink and toilet) to major issues (replacing the houses entire electrical panel and all wiring leading from the electric company supplier) and they have even done handy man services like repairing drywall and installing cabinetry! I love Michael and sons and wouldn’t dream of using anyone else!”

“After being disappointed by 2 other plumbing companies D H Stevens resolved my main drain line backup within 2 hours. They were courteous and explained in detail the process they were using to determine the cause and what tools they had to remedy it. I now know I have an honest, dependable, skilled and experienced plumbing company to meet all my future plumbing needs. I am very grateful. Unbelievably courteous, efficient and effective. The best part was the more than reasonable price they charged.”
