“Finally found a competent, reliable, and honest guy to service my plumbing requirements. I thought I'd have to replace a broken faucet handle with a complete set of hardware. Steve came in and repaired just the handle and saved me the cost of a new faucet and installation at a very reasonable price. He was on time, efficient, clean and fast. In and out in under an hour. So hard to find honest reliable tradesmen. This guy is a keeper!”

“These are my "go-to" contractors whenever I have issues plumbing or heating related. They promptly respond to phone calls, show up when they say they will, employ capable and personable employees, and most importantly, do quality work that is fairly priced and stand behind it. I have used them for repairing leaks, putting in dishwashers, replacing water heaters and faucets. Cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“A couple of months ago I awakened to a toilet that had been running all night and I had no idea that it had done so. It had eroded the ring underneath and was leaking into my basement. I did what I could to stop it but knew that I needed a plumber ASAP! The first name I came across was Joshua’s and he was a godsend! He talked me through how to make sure the valves were off and completely calmed me down. His work ethic and compassion for a hysterical female early on a Sunday morning spoke volumes about his character. He fixed my problem in no time at all and at a reasonable price. My toilet has not had any issues since and is actually functioning like it’s brand new. Thank you Joshua! You are my go to guy for any plumbing work needed in the future.”

“Work was really impressive and professionally done. Boiler died in the weekend. I was scrambling for it to be replaced. I was without heat and hot water. I called Louis on Sunday, he showed up within two hours and gave me the right price on the spot. I could not imagine when he said, we will start the work from Monday because of your situation. I had contacted other contractors and they could only start the work from Wednesday and would not give the price for the job until Monday. I could not have ask for more. Thanks a lot Louis.”

“I would give them more stars if I could. I was recently about to sell a house and needed a water heater installed on the same day. Rhonda was very helpful and professional and was able to arrange to get a permit to install it in time for the final walkthrough. Richard was great in coordinating this last minute job. “We had an emergency situation at our home. We called Avon Plumbing and Heating. They had a technician at our house within the hour to troubleshoot. We needed a new well pump. As this was late in the day, they diagnosed the problem and stated they would have a team at our house the next morning. This was on a Friday evening. The next morning (Saturday) at 8:30 AM, the owner and a senior technician arrived at our home and went right to work. Within 2 hours, they had replaced the well pump and we were back in business. Simply put, their response was nothing short of OUTSTANDING. Highly recommend them.”
