“We hired Picasso to execute a complicated architectural design. The space was a former Con Edison substation in SoHo NYC, which was to be converted into a Lola Supper Club and Performance space. Picasso show to be very resourceful in reacquiring materials at reasonable costs. The company made timely progress reports, any deviations from the schedule or architectural design was brought to our attention with proposed resolutions. Picasso worked well with LUFT Architects who were responsible for the design. Finally, Picasso came in .75% above budget, which we consider excellent performance, considering the scope and number of unknowns factors of the project. Sincerely Thomas Patrick-Odeen. “Jon and Mark Pappalardi built a very impressive gunite swimming pool with a water park grade slide in my backyard and professionally landscaped my entire property. In addition to the gunite pool, a large Cambridge paver patio was built to accommodate our outdoor furniture and dining areas. A multi tiered Moss Rock waterfall cascades through the landscape and slide and into the gunite pool. They also redesigned my driveway including a paver walkway and a Cultured Stone retaining wall. The project exceeded all my expectations. Additionally, throughout the whole project both Jon and Mark were readily available to speak with whenever I needed to contact them. Further, the price was extremely competitive. When I was taking bids for the job I received estimates that were 100 to 150% higher than the price I ultimately received from Green Island Design”

“We completed a kitchen renovation, followed by dining room finishing with wainscoting, and deck construction. After getting a few estimates and finally choosing Your Home Center/Shells Only, we began our kitchen demo on May 1, 2014. As a full time working mom I truly appreciated the attention to detail and project management the whole way through. They stuck to the schedule, while also accommodating special requests, and always kept me well informed. After a 7 week timeline, for essentially relocating my kitchen and addressing a couple of structural issues, I now have a BEAUTIFUL, state of the art kitchen. Plus only a couple extra weeks to convert the old kitchen into a GORGEOUS new dining room, and adding a deck out back. Thank you Denny, and the countless Shells Only workers, who made what most consider to be a stressful and unpredictable process, painless and worry free. If I didn't make it clear enough already, I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your home improvement needs, as they can do it all!”

“We have used Jorge and 2NYAD to complete work for us during the summer vacations. I will continue to hire them to do future work. They workers are professional, respectful and hard working. They work very well with our building (co-op) which is not always easy. I have had other experiences with other contractors that have not gone well. Jorge is an excellent communicator, stands by his work and delivers a quality product. He follows through on his promises and is very easy to work with. He is a rare find in this environment.”
