“A little late with this review, but these guys definitely needed to be complimented. We did a complete small bathroom remodeling project last year and we contacted these gentlemen for their services. They did a wonderful, professional, on-time job for us and we will definitely be looking at using them for our future larger bathroom project. They changed out floors, shower, shower doors, walls, sink, toilet, vanity, mirror and did an outstanding job and took owner changes or concerns in stride. Very courteous and clean and followed their estimate closely. I recommend R Brand Homes for home upgrades and remodeling projects wholeheartedly.”

“Jaime Villagram, owner of Construo Construction was prompt and delivered as promised at the original price we agreed on. All work was completed on time and in a professional way. That was my first time using him. The next time was in my home. The dishwasher malfunctioned and flooded the kitchen. The hardwood floors all had to be refinished or replaced. Jaime took over with the insurance adjuster and got the approval to do the job .Job three was a leaking roof on my commercial building That was also done perfectly.”

“Our house had water seepage coming into the basement. Which meant that we had to remove all of our perimeter walls and flooring for the concrete to be broken up. After going through a few consultations we hired Rufarro Remodeling & Maintenance to refinish the basement. And without hesitation we would hire them again. We worked together and made all of our thoughts come to reality. They exceeded our wildest dreams. Martiez and his team were very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and worked in a timely manner. The crew was here everyday working a full day with no lag time. They were a pleasure to work with and they will be the one I call for our next project!”

“Joe did a major contracting job for us, renovating a 1900 house.. Throughout, his team was excellent, did quality work, and took pride in their work. The finished project is fantastic. We couldn't be happier. Joe and his crew were more than just employees - they were our friends and became a part of our family. If you want really good results, you can't possibly do better than Joe. “It was a pleasure working with A & M General Contracting, they were hired to do a gut rehab on my building and the entire process was smooth and painless which doesn't happen often during gut rehab construction. Whenever I had an issue or change request I was able to get the owner on the phone and have these things scheduled to be completed within that same day. All the work was done professionally, clean, and 100% according to my stamped and approved drawings. I often visited my job site while A & M was working and tools were not sprawled out everywhere creating trip hazards, and at the end of every work day the site was completely free of any debris or trash. I'm not sure what anyone is looking for when selecting a contractor but if its a professional company that does the work right and fast and has great customer service then A and M General Contracting is the way to go.”

“Pat Franz and his entire Clairmont, Ltd. team were exceptional. My husband and I are thrilled with the design but, most importantly, the entire remodeling process was smooth... thanks to Pat. He patiently worked with us to perfect a design that was both within our budget and met our desires. Even though a third-party designer made a critical measurement error, Pat was able to quickly think of an ingenious idea and executed on the new design immediately.
