The price was right, the staff was friendly and Charles did an amazing job working within my budget. If I could give this company a 10 star rating I would, but it only allows 5 stars. “Mike does an amazing job! He demoed and reframed our basement. He framed and put up my Mom's garage. He has gutted my Mom's basement. Started from scratch and has done a beautiful transformation. It looks amazing! Mike is very honest and up front. He gets the job done and he gets it done right! I highly recommend his work!”

“Total gutting of kitchen, new powder room and closet in front hall including all electrical and plumbing, painting several rooms and repair of incidental plumbing issues elsewhere. The workmen were superb from start to finish. They were on schedule and responsible. The workers always made sure that the work site was left clean and orderly and even though we remained in the house during the renovation they made sure it was as livable as possible. Dragan was an absolute gentleman in all regards: easy to talk to, always returned calls in a timely fashion and was always calm and able to find solutions to unexpected problems. The project came in on budget and and also time. I have absolutely no complaints about the work and would have no hesitation to recommend Ivic construction and would definitely refer him to others. I have used other workmen in the past for a variety of renovations and have always had issues but this project was the largest yet most satisfying mostly because of the construction group. ... “Fabio went to our house to install the kitchen tiles and the laminates. His work was perfect in every instance and he actually did much more than he was asked. He knew we had only 3 weeks in total to renovate the entire house and he made sure not only to meet his targets but to also support the other contractors to meet theirs. He helped them to finalize the stairs and the tapping throughout the ceiling and walls. What an amazing result! I completely recommend him!!”

“Zzone Homes has done 2 projects for us and they have both been delayed past the set time frame. Most recently, our project that was estimated at 4-6 weeks took about 12 weeks. This caused us some discomfort considering it was our kitchen. However, They do exceptional work and we are happy with the results.”
