“I decided in January that I wanted to remodel my bathrooms to upgrade the look. I looked and looked for months for the right company to do this job! I wanted someone qualified and someone I could trust. In May I found LB Construction & Remodeling. Instantly I had a hunch they were the right company after my initial conversation with Liran. He presented me with a variety of options and details to get an idea of what I wanted. He brought samples for me to choose from and assured me, he would make any changes I deemed necessary. His rates were fair as well! His crew wore branded t-shirts and worked extremely hard! They were so polite and professional and completely out of the way! They did such a terrific job turning my underwhelming bathrooms into a dream makeover! I couldn’t be happier! I’d recommend Liran and LB Construction and Remodeling to everyone!”

“After doing extensive research and talking to multiple contractors I settles on Mr & Mrs. Construction for my bathroom renovation project. From initial consultion to design to picking of tiles and materials they were always there to guide us when we needed it. Lital was the project manager for us and she was a pleasure to deal with. Quality of work performed was great and the end result came out amazing. I would definitely recommend Mr & Mrs. Construction to anyone looking to get their bathroom redone in an affordable budget.”

“I found GreenStar Construction through word of mouth. I was impressed by the designs my colleague showed me with such a substantial budget on their home, so my wife and I decided to go with them. We were re-designing our kitchen. We changed countertops, sinks, backsplash and cabinets. The owner gave us phenomenal options to choose from within our budget. Jay has an eye for design which my wife really appreciated. He always answered our calls, answered all of our questions, and went up and beyond to make sure we stayed within our budget and were satisfied. Thanks Jay, my wife loves her new kitchen.”

“Shawn Aya of Aya Homes built the home that we bought. He built this house with a lot of quality in it. The workmanship was very good. The house has lot of upgrades that he put in the house. Some of the upgrades are 8 foot high insulated ceiling in the garage, a passive radon system, three-quarter inch stained solid wood floor, tray ceilings in all bedrooms, under kitchen cabinets LED lights, wider stairs to the basement, decora light switches to name a few. We built the house finished. Most of the upgrades he built into the house, we did not add them. We do not know anything about the project dates, costs, and deadlines.”

“Innovation preformed a stellar remodel of my 1927 Craftsmen. From the foundation up. They replaced all of my plumbing with PEX, all of my knob and tube to romex and insulated my entire roof and walls. They resurfaced my floors and walls, and completely remodeled all of my bathrooms and my bedrooms. My wife was pregnant with our second child so they had to manage to finish the house in a timely manner, get all the permits approved, and have the house complete before she gave birth. They were vacuuming the last piece of dirt when we brought my daughter home to her brand new amazing home. Working with contractors is difficult, and usually a disaster when it comes to communication. I'd say that working with Innovation was the same. It was hard and when you are remodeling a home that old--- its hard to stay on the same page with your contractor. Dont get me wrong-- we had our issues throughout the process-- but the end result was something amazing, and the bill was well below what I would have expected to pay. If you want great work, quality work, for reasonable pricing-- these are the guys to hire. If you want someone to hold your hand and provide excellent communication and planning--- you're in for a headache---- but i promise it will be worth it. Thanks Andrew and Team!!!”
