“2015-3-12 Clyde Alstrom of Bluewater Construction has done several building projects for us these past three years. All were perfectly executed. He has a very professional and courteous crew and his follow up when requested was immediate. Clyde worked well with both myself and my wife to give us exactly what we envisioned and was truly an extension of the architectural offices we had utilized. He was able to resolve many of plan changes we had requested and he did it with a smile. More specifically Bluewater built two magnificent homes for us in the last three years. The other is our current home on Longboat Key, which is a 3600 sq. ft. coastal contemporary home with plans from architect Mark Sultana of Sarasota Florida. Everyone who visits us remarks about the extraordinary craftsmanship in every aspect of the home. Bluewater also did a major renovation for us of a 1940's home on Lido Key. The results made us very happy. We sold the home and the purchasers were also very happy with the quality of what they purchased.
