“Franco runs a team of extremely skilled and extremely efficient carpenters, excavators and concrete crews. I have done many projects with them including smaller renovations, a very large renovation and a very challenging ground up house. To each project they brought an extremely talented team of craftsmen and completed the work with the utmost integrity and professionalism. They’re pricing is extremely competitive and their execution second to none. Could not recommend them more strongly.”

“Thank Goodness we found Appetite for Construction! Our family was in the beginning stages of a major remodeling project when we lost our contractor to unforeseen circumstances. We panicked! Most companies were completely booked when we got a referral from a friend to given Mike (owner and general contractor) a call. That phone call started a one year relationship with Mike and his crew and we cannot say enough good things about him and his company. First of all he was able to squeeze us into an already very busy schedule of his, and despite being extremely busy we immediately knew we would be well taken care of. It's not an easy task to take over a project that had been started by another company. His strong communication and extensive experience working on remodeling homes definetnly showed. The transition was smooth and he was able to keep our original timeline and meet all expectations we originally had for the project. My husband and i were amazed at his ability to navigate working with the original sub-contractors that were already lined up to work. When Mike's crew came in to do parts of the project they were all professional, efficient and very easy to work with as well. Mike clearly has good established relationships with the building inspectors and is an expert in knowing all the in's and out's of the city's proccess. I believe only ONE of the inspections didn't pass (a minor change needed to be made), which allowed us to stay on time and ON BUDGET! Mike is also a designer in disguise. When getting to the finish work, he offered suggestions on how certain details could add better function but also better design overall. We were sold on his ideas and the execution and attention to detail was spot on. We could not be happier with how our project turned out. So much so, we already have future projects in the works. “Had 2 bathrooms gutted and redone. The finished product looks great. John and NB were great communicators, was always available by text. The subs were talented, great plumber and tiler. Took longer, but some of that was me with change orders. Made sure through the entire project we always had in inside toilet. Bid came in at the middle, still not cheap but the end result was worth it.”

In my 10+ years of Interior Design things always come up once you get into the construction and Marius is always ready with ABC of options to solve any situation. “We hired Eran to renovate two full bathrooms, including our master which was a major undertaking as it involved removing a wall and moving plumbing around. He also handled some other projects around our house. Eran was the last contractor we met with after meeting with 10 others and we are SO happy we chose him. He is honest, professional, hardworking and very fair. He was always present on our job, showing up regularly to check in on the progress, always reachable when I had questions and made sure to address any concerns that came up throughout the process. His team is also wonderful, always showing up on time and very respectful while they worked in our home. I know from experience how nerve-racking it can be to hire a new contractor and Eran really made it easy to build the trust that you need in that relationship. We will definitely hire him for future home projects. There is no one else we'd rather work with!”

Thank you so much to Guy and Decor Builders for remodeling my bathroom, I was thinking to do my bathroom for a very long time but I was really nervous about the process and didn’t know any contractor I could trust. Guy made it all look very easy as he explained me every step and was very detailed and patience with me, He helped me choose all the materials and also help me with his contractor discounted prices. “Manny and his crew are on time, honorable, efficient and extremely neat. The Keystone builders installed our new kitchen, doors, windows and even rain gutters plus repaired tiled flooring with minimal disruption and lots of care. The work was so meticulous I was able to delay the interior painting for another year and instead their awesome team painted the exterior of the house in half the time we planned. I look forward to working with them again!”
