Master bathroom and custom kitchen came out stunning. They took care of everything, including design, each stage of the project was carefully managed. Project manager Guy was helpful and useful during the whole remodeling process. Professional and responsible team,great customer service, easy communication, quality work. “People always talk about how choosing the wrong contractor will cost you a lot of time, money and heartache. So the most important thing we looked for while searching for our contractor was honesty and integrity. With Jonathan, that’s exactly what you will get. From the very beginning, Jonathan was very straightforward and honest about pricing, timeline, expectations, etc. In any construction, things are bound to go wrong from time to time simply because of miscommunication or pure mistakes. But Jonathan always tried to address those issues with honesty and went above and beyond even when they were not actually his fault. Also, we were looking for a highly design oriented outcome with many picky details throughout the house. It must have been challenging for Jonathan to deal with us, but he always pulled through until we were satisfied when the initial work didn’t meet our high expectations. He even threw in some extra work (with no charge) in areas we couldn’t even see just to make sure everything was done correctly. We only found out he had done that later when we were finishing the project. Overall, we had a really great experience with Jonathan.”

“Cutler construction renovated three bathrooms for us, two on the second floor. That included tile flooring (with special materials to avoid cracking), custom vanities, granite counter tops, lighting, exhaust fans, and mirrors, as well as painting. They replaced several ceiling fans, all of our smoke detectors, and added CO detectors. Their work was professional and high grade: no bs, no missed deadlines, no cheating on quality, just total honesty and great craftsmanship. We are extremely pleased and will use Cutler construction in future projects.”

“We had the pleasure of having Robert and his team remodeled our backyard. He was recommended to us from a family friend who had used his services for their backyard remodeling project. We had a large project over 15,000 square feet space and Robert and his team came through. We showed him our design and he itemize all the work that he will be doing and came up with a very reasonable estimate. This was very important as this prevents any future misunderstandings. He regularly communicated with us and updated us on any delays and he was able to completed the project on time. The quality of the work was very good. He was very flexible in adapting to the changes that we've requested. He was honest, on time and very reasonably priced. I would use him again and recommend him to anyone looking to do remodeling project.”

“Wonderful experience with James and Barrybuilt. He helped get plans resolved when our architect dropped the ball and disappeared. I was a novice at remodeling and James stepped in and worked with me and the city. My kitchen, dining room and TV room turned out beautifully and many of the items in the kitchen redo were very innovative. We worked with the latest products to make this kitchen special and in the forefront of design and materials. Great workmanship and so patient and he took the time to explain details. I recommended him to 3 other interested parties in our neighborhood and would gladly work with him again.”

“I hired MVP builders to remodel my kitchen and master bathroom. I was quite nervous to begin this process but Mike and his tesm exceeded my expectations! He was do helpful with the design and great ideas snd his team worked in a very clean manner! Tbe project was on time and on budget.
