ā€œMy wife and I selected Michael Nash from among five separate bids for a considerable renovation and expansion of our home. Michael Nash was the second lowest bidder, but our confidence in Sonny Nazeminā€™s eye for design and considerable number of award-winning designs was crucial in our initial selection. We have a grand house in Reston built in the late 1960s. It has solid bones but really needed a whole house renovation. We also needed more space to house our extended family. Our project consisted of a new two-car garage, siding, roofing and a totally new floor consisting of a master suite and bathroom. From the start of the project I was impressed with the one price upfront to complete the project. Sonny navigated our plans through the difficult process of approval by our local Design Review Board. His personal attention and negotiation with the board led to the rapid approval of our project. Follow on work for our front porch and driveway was reasonably priced. When we requested a re-design of the ceilings for the master suite, Sonny spared no expense hiring several architects to arrive at the design we desired. His vision throughout the project ensured its success. ******************* EXTRA FOLLOW-ON WORK COMPLETED jANUARY 25, 2014 *********************** We gave Michael Nash extra follow-on work with our kitchen because we were so pleased with how our Master Suite and other work turned out. We told Sonny that we had a limited budget but wanted to get as much of the kitchen done as possible. He suggested that we keep our old cabinets and redo everything else. Sonny has a great eye for design and suggested that we take out some cabinets to open up the room. He helped us with color choices that made the kitchen modern and bright. They replaced the oven, the hood, the induction cooktop, the counter, the floor, the sink, repaired and replaced doors, painted the room and put in a new lighting system with ten canned lights. Michael Nash kept to a timetable except for the hood at the end, which was really unavoidable. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and recommend Michael Nash to our neighbors and friends.ā€

ā€œJCabido Remodeling makes sure assist their customers in whatever they are needing to the extent they need. For example, if their client wants help picking out stone in our warehouse, we always see them come in with them to make sure they are getting taken care of. If the client wants to pick out a stone themselves, that's what happens! They make sure their clients are choosing the products they are wanting in their project all the while being honest and upfront about costs. They have a knowledgeable staff and make sure quality is never undermined. We love working with JCabido Remodeling and look forward to continuing our business with them!ā€

ā€œThis husband and wife team were able to bring to life a powder room I had envisioned but couldnā€™t make happen. I had seen a sink and pedestal on Houzz and Pinterest that I loved but couldnā€™t find in the states. They were able to duplicate the design at a reasonable cost and pull together the rest of the bathroom for a complete look. Their communication skills are top notch, their employees were there when they said theyā€™d be there, always neat and cleaning up as they went along.ā€

ā€œCapital City Builders did an excellent job remodeling two bathrooms and a kitchen. The bathrooms and kitchen were both complete guts. The work was done on time and on quote. We were so happy with the work, we have also had Capital City remodel a family room and replace our roof. They are clean and neat. We highly recommend them.ā€

ā€œAs I began my search for a contractor to do some major renovations on my house, I found the task a bit daunting to say the least. I set aside a couple of days from work and spent them interviewing potential contractors. Nearing the end of the second day, I still hadnā€™t found someone I was totally sold on, then in walked Kurt Ozbey. I immediately knew he was the one I wanted working on my house. He has a very easy manner and I trusted him from the start. He told me he only does one job at a time and would be at my house every day until it was finished. And that is exactly what he did. Not only is he professional and reliable, he did a fabulous job. I live in a very old house in Georgetown: he knew how to work around all the problems that entails. This was no small job. Kurt and team, completely renovated my kitchen, bathroom, built two closets, replaced three windows, a door and put a toilet in my basement. I now have a brand new house. Without hesitation, I would recommend Masters for any job you are considering. I had a fantastic experience working with Kurt and I can honestly say, I donā€™t know anyone who talks about their contractor like I do.ā€

ā€œWe highly recommend Sanchez General Contractors Inc. as a first-class company! We've been using their services for over 15 years beginning with the remodeling of two of our bathrooms. And, last year they remodeled a downstairs bedroom as well as the bathroom in which they added a shower. They've refinished our hardwood floors, installed two skylights in the living room and replaced our old wooden deck with a new Trex deck last summer. Owner Manuel Sanchez and his crew have also done electrical, carpentry and plumbing work for us. Whenever, we have a problem, Manuel comes all the way from Virginia to our home in Maryland to help us. My husband and I are so grateful to have had the professionalism, knowledge, work quality, and ability to meet deadlines and budgets of Sanchez General Contractors Inc. for the last 15 years.ā€
