“We found Rory when we decided to do some remodeling to our kitchen / living room and deck area of our San Francisco home. We put requests for quotes out to three contractors. Rory was the only one to respond quickly. When we met him we immediately felt comfortable with him. We described the work we wanted done and he made additional recommendations and helped us determine best solutions for things we were unsure how to accomplish. His quote was spot on without us even letting him know what our target budget was for the project. We had no reservations going with him without even looking at other contractors (which it turns out was good since the other contractors took months to get back to us!).
