If the Job was not completed to their satification, they would have the workers redo it. They were prompt and respectful of our property. At the end of each day, the lower level was thoroughly cleaned. We were very impressed with their work ethics. They were well informed about available products and bent over backwards to find and use products that made us very satisified. “We have had many Reno projects done by Penny - Renovation Jeannie. Her attention to the details, creativity, skill set, project planning and management are outstanding! In 2014 we did a patio conversion, 2016 our bathrooms went from outdated 1979 to bright, modern, clean, with a custom tile shower, and highly functional small spaces! Penny always made sure we were working within our budget but somehow getting all the things we wanted. She helped us with product selection when we needed it and brought in other speciality trades when we needed them to get the projects finished just right. Working in a high rise condo has its challenges and Renovation Jeannie found solutions to all of them. Highly recommend Renovation Jeannie for any Reno’s or updates to your home! We are currently working with Renovation Jeannie starting on our kitchen update 2021.”

“We have been fortunate to have worked with Westbury homes on a total of 2 home builds to date and are in the preliminary stages of planning our third build with them. Having built a home from start to finish prior to working with Westbury Homes, we know exactly the amount of time, energy, and stress required to complete a project of this magnitude. This is why we can not say enough about Westbury Homes and owners: Ben and Jenn Wiggins. They are a cohesive team who run their business like a well-oiled machine. Their timing is remarkable, despite all of the many unforeseen circumstances that can and does occur over the course of construction. They have an uncanny ability to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We were so relaxed during both of our builds, and did not have a single concern that the outcome would be as we had planned and hoped. Ben & Jenn proved their hard work, dedication, and attention to detail (something that is very important my husband as he is also in the construction industry), leaving us to feel completely assured in their product. “My wife and I had been looking for a new house off and on for several years. We looked at hundreds of houses and built our shopping list based on things we liked and didnt like in the houses we viewed. In our price range the market was flooded with houses that all looked the same. The more we looked the more they all started to blend together. Immediately upon viewing the property we purchased from Home Made Developments we knew it was different. The little details included in the house made it stand out from the rest. The matching custom countertops on the island and both bathrooms, the amazing light fixtures, the all black hardware on all the doors faucets and bathrooms were bold and striking. The butcher block countertops in the kitchen were also a nice touch. The little touches throughout the house all blended together into something unique that stood out above the rest and completely matched our style. Mark was a pleasure to deal with and was very accomodating when we asked to switch out the fridge to a different model. He even paid for the delivery instead of adding it to our bill. The fact that he was willing to be flexible with the fridge and other items we had asked for made us feel confident that we made the right choice. When you purchase a new home you are starting a relationship with a builder that will endure at least as long as your warranty. Mark made us feel comfortable that any issue we have will be handled in a professional manor.”

“We built our new custom apartment with azARC LTD. ( PERV. PARS ISTA LTD.) and the result was great. The best qualities of building with azARC were working with a family based business. We signed the contract with them and they were very fair and upfront with the costs of the building. During construction we worked with a team who had excellent suggestions and have the pride of their work and I can slike site manager, foreman, surveyor and... they're knowledgeable about options available and has great taste when helping us choose features for our home. If we build another home, we would definitely choose azARC and we highly recommend them to anyone else we know who want to build their dreams. Being a mum and a client at the same time was an unforgettable experience. I am giving a review after 8 years of finishing the project and I have no complain about that. Miss you a lot and best wishes”
