“We just moved into a new home and wanted to replace the backsplash in our kitchen. We asked around and got a few estimates, but Laguna Bay Developing was highly responsive and had an excellent price. Gio personally came to our home to give a quote and to inspect the work at completion. It looks great and Gio kept us in the loop every step of the way. You can see the before and after pictures below. We highly recommend them!”

“We have a very positive experience with hiring Green Avenues to complete retrofit and plumbing work at hour home. As part of the process of the Earthquake Brace and Bolt (EBB) program that we had been able to qualify for, we had to get a certain number of bids. A few contractors gave bids that seemed to indicate they didn't really want the job, while other companies gave more competitive bids. However, we liked that Green Avenues had already completed other EBB work. There were some scheduling issues with the inspector, which we believe was on the city's part considering the same inspector showed up a week before to inspect electrical work that had not been completed at our home, but the inspection itself went smoothly. All the staff was friendly and professional, and the plumber they brought in to complete some additional projects did a nice job with installing an emergency gas shut off valve, as well as replacing the hoses and attaching a vent for our water heater. We would definitely recommending making Green Avenues one of the companies you call for EBB work, as well as other odd jobs around your home.”

“We enjoyed working with Mark and Enna to remodel and update our master bathroom. Mark was especially helpful during the planning phase when he listened patiently to our endless questions and provided useful information and suggestions that helped us reach decisions about project materials and stylistic choices. After work began, Mark and Enna continued to be very responsive to us regarding scheduling aspects of the work and finalizing decisions about the details. Throughout the process, they stressed that the goal was to create a master bathroom that we would really enjoy, even if that meant occasionally changing our minds about details or adding new work at times. This was our first major renovation project, and we feel that Mark, Enna and their team did a great job guiding us through it and creating a great new room to enhance our home.”

“Working with Maria has been fantastic. This is a challenging thing to say in the construction industry when there are constant delays and mishaps. We faced a TON of delays in the process of having to remodel our kitchen due to a major slab leak. Maria and her team were the only folks that informed us of realistic expectations, accurate timelines, and ultimately did quality work. Maria was flexible and able to adapt to this ever growing list of delays and changes to the work as well. We now are continuing to work with Maria for other projects throughout the house. She has been the ONLY contractor we have worked with that has been able to accurately predict when things will be completed and truly make things happen. We are so happy we found her and her team!”
