“We had a full bathroom remodel done by NorthWest Construction. The final result is absolutely beautiful. John C was the project manager. He communicated clearly what was happening and when. He listened to our needs and wants. There was no "hard sell". They were very caring, professional and courteous. (It was extremely nice to see some of the younger workers truly polite and taking great care in their work). Even though the project took a little bit longer than anticipated (waiting on City inspections slowed things down), every step was communicated. John pushed to get things done as quickly as possible. We did go a bit over budget since we added a few things in as we were going along. However, that was because we added to the project. I'm glad that we did. Great job. I would definitely use them again.”

“AA Renovations did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the electrical issue in my office building so that we could finally put to use the commercial copy machine/printer we purchased. As a result of the previous contractor being much less knowledgeable about code and safety, the electrical outlet was not only damaged but caused damage to our $4,000 printer and became a fire hazard. Al managed to, not only bring the electrical up to code, but was also punctual, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I have already and will continue to recommend AA Renovations to anyone who is looking for great contractors for home or office repairs!”

“Ken and his small crew did a great job with our MBA and Hall BA reno. This 2 month job involved demolition of the MBA, except built in tub, removal of all tile, replumbing for 2 sinks, and retiling entire bath; and Hall BA demo and replacement of tub and wall and floor tiles. Great job tiling the ceramic wood floor tiles. He stands by his work and patiently re-tiled the tub after our original tile selection failed to match the new tiles and the shower floor after one of his (now fired) worker's poor tile job. He finalized the project by hanging mirrors, wall cabinets and fixing a leaky shower. I'm happy with this contractor as he did what he promised in our contract, doing majority of the work himself...which is something many contractors fail to do.”
