“I needed my whole house remodeled so we can list it for sale. I found Spectrum One on Angie's List and called their office to schedule an estimate. The lady who picked up the phone told me that there is a fee of $125 for Spectrum's estimators to come out which afterwards will get credited to me when Spectrum starts the job. I paid the fee via credit card and the lady scheduled the appointment the next day. Paul and Daniel came to my house right on time, they were very professional and knowledgeable. They took all the necessary measurements, pictures, and answered my questions about the whole process (I had some questions about the permit process and other things which I wasn't sure about), and in couple of days I received a reasonable quote. The estimate was very detailed and included everything we've discussed. I called Spectrum's office with some questions and got all clarifications I needed prior the work started. Spectrum pulled the permit 3 days after we signed the contract and the crew came out to do the demolition. All the workers who came to my house were very professional, they worked hard, and would always clean up after themselves, which I really appreciated. Spectrum One has done an amazing job remodeling my whole house from inside and outside. They really pay attention to detail. I loved the fact that if I had any questions or concerns I could contact the office and the sweetest staff would accommodate me with the world class customer service. I can't express how happy I am with making the choice to go with Spectrum One. They were absolutely amazing on all the aspects (administrative and construction). “We have used Tom to do a number of remodel and construction jobs for us over the years. He worked on our present home to correct the wiring (it's amazing the house had not burned down!), put in an additional closet, changed the lighting in the kitchen and much more before we moved in. He brought our master bath design to completion that included having to lower the drain for the shower so we could have a linear drain, relocate plumbing lines no longer needed with the removal of the tub, installed the new cabinets, did all the tile work, and kept the site clean each day before he left. We have always depended on him to do it all and do it well! When we had a plumbing leak in our rental he was there to put the foundation back, do the needed sheet rocking, painting and tile work so it looks like it never happened. We know when we call him, his prices will be fair and he shows up as agreed- two really big things to consider when hiring a contractor!”
