“Over this past summer, we contracted Rapid Restoration & Construction to do some home renovations for us. This included the installation of new LVT flooring planks over our existing tile, the replacement of new baseboards, updating our outdated oak & carpet staircase, a new shower installation and the painting of cabinets and doors. We are very pleased with the job Rapid Restoration has done and have received many compliments on the updated home renovations. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, however, the job took a little longer than initially anticipated, but the owner, Dave, was dedicated to getting everything completed within our designated time frame. Dave and his team are extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do some home renovations and/or remodel.”

“We had Mikko out to get an estimate to put an addition on our bedroom. We got the plans sent out to us in a very timely manner with a layout that we loved. We started the job shortly after accepting our estimate. From start to finish, the guys showed up on time and put in long days to get our project finished up quick so we could be back in our room. I was expecting the project to be so messy, but was in shock by how clean they left the jobsite at the end of the day. All the employees of Miko, LLC were so friendly and nice to visit with. We felt totally comfortable to leave them in our house while we were away. We are so incredibly happy with how beautiful our new bedroom turned out. It is like a dream. “We hired Scott Gormley of Acumen Builders to be our general contractor for an extensive kitchen remodel. Our project involved a large amount of demolition and included removing a load-bearing wall, raising the ceiling height, and relocating a substantial portion of the HVAC and electrical components from below the joists to the roof (a flat roof). Before we even formally hired Scott, he made several visits to our residence to assist in the planning phase--even going to a nearby open house to see what we liked and disliked about a remodel that mirrored our floor plan. Throughout our project, Scott listened to our concerns, was knowledgeable, dependable, and used highly qualified subcontractors; he promptly paid the other trades immediately after receiving his own progress payments. The project turned out great, as you can see in the photos of "Lola's Timeless Kitchen"! We do not hesitate in recommending Scott Gormley and Acumen Builders for any of your building needs!”

“This was essentially a gut remodel of a 1900 square foot condominium that is a part time residence for us. My wife and I were very concerned about trying to accomplish the renovation remotely from our full time home. Apollo was one of several general contractors that we interviewed, and I spoke personally with several of Tyler Kestner's references before selecting Apollo. Apollo's clients spoke glowingly about working with Tyler, and I am very happy to say that our experience was equally good. Tyler's budget estimates were very accurate, and the quality of the work was excellent. He had practical suggestions for addressing the few issues that inevitably arise, and he communicated regularly regarding the process and its progress. I have a good deal of experience in homebuilding, having flipped homes and built spec homes as a hobby. We were very lucky to have found Apollo to handle this project for us. My wife and I would give Tyler our highest recommendation on quality, responsiveness, and accuracy.”
