He was do helpful with the design and great ideas snd his team worked in a very clean manner! Tbe project was on time and on budget. “I heard about H&A my design when I went to my friends house for dinner and was impressed by their new kitchen. I received estimates prior to hiring Golan as I really needed someone that I felt comfortable with. The remodel does not take a day or two so it was important for me to trust the person in my home. At this point I have been searching for someone to do my kitchen for awhile and was blown away by his work. Golan has a certain eye for things and can turn an ugly old home into a masterpiece. When Golan originally came to my house I told him that I love the colors white and gray so he suggested a few options. We went through some samples and loved the ones he recommended. There were certain things I was hesitant about but after seeing the final results I'm glad I listened to him! I received many compliments on my new island. So happy I found Golan thank you!!!”

“So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

“Eric was the only guy who showed up and didn't try to scare me with what needed to be done. The crew that showed up knocked out the job in a few hours, were friendly and cleaned the entire area when they were done. The next day we had a 2 inch downpour with no problems. If I had one complaint it was that communication between signing off on the quote and getting the work done could have been clearer. But given the quality of the work and the cost I'd consider this to be a minor issue.”

“I know the owner of this co , like the old days if you say I will do -amir will do it faster and better - he will do , never ask for down payment , never ask for more money, always communicate on every step of my project , always on time , clean cut work , all the Emplyes speaking English , he is always available on the phone always he text before arriving , and the button line he is a pro who did for us a new kitchen 2 bathroom , roof repair , plaster my pool and install vinyl flooring , we use his services since 1994 and let me tell you this - thanks and thanks again a good family man too”
