“Robert was very quick in responding to my request. He even had availability to show to my home the day day as my request. He was very professional and caught some repairs that needed to be done that I overlooked. He's very professional and extremely accommodating. He's reasonable in prices”

“I hired Steve and Jeffrey out of 7 contractors that I had interviewed. I chose them because they were personable, knowledgeable, had good energy, and listened to what I was asking to be done. I have an older home and wanted an update and changes made without taking away from some of the unique characteristics that I fell in love with in the first place. Steve and Jeffrey offered suggestions and worked with all of the issues we came across in a professional manner. When issues did arise, they were quick to resolve them. They were very fair when it came to the cost of any additional, unforeseen work. In addition, the crew that worked on my home were great. I never felt uncomfortable when they were in my home and I always trusted them to be in my home when I couldn't be there.”

“In addition to major construction projects, Rick Stertz avails his skilled and professional crew for small home projects and remodels which now includes getting a project coordinator assigned. My most recent project involved 1) maintenance/repair of my patio cover roof 2) installation of a garden door 3) installation of a recirculating pump to the master bath. Morgan was exceptional at coordinating the crews and keeping me apprised of their schedules. Each of the crews led by Miguel were very experienced and masters of their trade. I appreciated the crew's attention to detail and professionalism. Rick and team are always honest and I know I can rely on them to do an exceptional job.”

“JMC Builders has done an amazing job on the projects I hired them to do for me. A sidewalk that turned out awesome. And a roof repair that I originally called them about getting a full replacement done. When they ce out and inspected it I was told replacing it was not needed and just a quality repair was all that needed to be done. And it has been leak free ever since. Great work performed and done in a timely manner at a great price.”

“John Raymond and son provided us with extension outdoor landscaping. This included an large retaining wall, landscape pavers and concrete work. All the work was very professional and turned out beautifully. This definately increased the value of our home. John also paid close attention to what we as owners wanted instead of trying to influence us to his ideas.”
