“We hired OC Builders for a full Kitchen remodel and an installation of a 20’ sliding door. When we met our contractor, Moe, he went over everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Moe was happy to give advice on materials and design but was also fine working with our design. It was a nice balance. We’ve had mixed experiences with contractors on smaller projects in the past but we’re so glad we hired OC for this project. Everything went as expected and there were no surprises. The original quote was pretty close to what the final charges were and the timeline went very smoothly. Moe was extremely communicative and addressed any issue we had in a timely manner. The site was always left very clean every day and the workmen were very professional. We are finished now and loving everything about our beautiful open kitchen and large new doors that open to our back yard. We will not hesitate to hire OC Builders again for future projects.”

“We hired Dave and his wife to do our remodel for us. The scope of work was to replace all the floors, install a new 200A panel, replace all existing aluminum wire with brand new electrical wire, remodel the kitchen, remodel a bathroom and partially remodel two other bathrooms. We also painted and decorated throughout. I met Dave through his wife who is an Interior Designer that I have worked with in the past on about 6-8 other projects. I knew her style and loved it and was hoping I would do the same with Dave. I also knew that my wife is a tough customer and both Dave and Lisa would have to have a lot of patience in explaining different options, timelines and expectations of the end result. I am also a contractor myself working in a similar industry (Home Automation) so Dave would have to deal with me as well. We moved forward with Dave and BCS constuction and couldn't be happier with the result. We have had several unsolicited compliments about how beautiful the inside of our home is now. Thanks guys!!!”

“APlus remodeled my Kitchen and dining room. Alex gave me new ideas on a design much better than my existing design. When they were done, I couldn't believe my eyes, I had a new home, walls gone, ceilings raised and a huge area created for in kitchen dining. The beautiful caninets were just added benefits. I am super happy with my new home. So much better than I ever imagined.”

“I can’t say enough about Royal Construction They are one of the few contractors that I have ever used with that could easily give Five Stars...a truly remarkable experience. Always on time and on schedule. Royal Construction was extremely professional. Always friendly, timely and Helpful. I can honestly say it doesn't get any better. Lastly, I have suggested them to friends as well. I received positive feedback from a my friends that have used Royal Construction. Do yourself a favor and call them for your solar needs. “Wow Wow Wow! We cannot say enough great things about Kaveh and the entire Eskan Developer team! In addition to doing AMAZING work, Kaveh provided guidance and patience with us along the way. Our initial project consisted of a complete overhaul of our primary bedroom, bathroom, and closet. We moved walls, combined spaces and now have a dream retreat. We asked them back to do our hall bath, which looks equally amazing, and in a few weeks will be starting on our Kitchen, living and dining room. Kaveh is a perfectionist, which is awesome when he is working on your behalf! If one of the crew didn't do something to his standards, he would make them redo it until it was perfect. They brought out all the love and good energy that was possible in this house. We could not have asked for a better contractor! He and his crew were on time, dedicated, patient, understanding, knowledgeable craftsmen and just downright good people. I especially appreciated the trash detail and clean up, which is a super important part of any reno job that many contractors don't take as seriously. “I hired MVP builders to remodel my kitchen and master bathroom. I was quite nervous to begin this process but Mike and his tesm exceeded my expectations! He was do helpful with the design and great ideas snd his team worked in a very clean manner! Tbe project was on time and on budget. “Cutler construction renovated three bathrooms for us, two on the second floor. That included tile flooring (with special materials to avoid cracking), custom vanities, granite counter tops, lighting, exhaust fans, and mirrors, as well as painting. They replaced several ceiling fans, all of our smoke detectors, and added CO detectors. Their work was professional and high grade: no bs, no missed deadlines, no cheating on quality, just total honesty and great craftsmanship. We are extremely pleased and will use Cutler construction in future projects.”

“Our extraordinary custom home, designed and reconstructed by October 5 Fine Home Builders is undeniably a work of art. October 5 offers superior design and execution, where form and function converge. Ryan, the project superintendent, attends to every detail with an eye for quality and perfection. Their open-floor plan design blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces, light abounds in every room, yet the space remains purposely private and intimate. Originally constructed in 1953, our home had not undergone any remodeling or updating. During construction, the house was all but demolished - leaving only the rough framing and portions of the exterior stucco and siding. Earthquake updates, 200 amp electrical service, beefed-up insulation, plumbing, heating and air-conditioning, smooth drywall, wide-plank flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, and dual-glazed windows supported the bulk of the project, which lasted 4 ½ months. With clean contemporary lines, the modern floor plan, great for entertaining, offers a celebrated life-style. What a beautiful and relaxing way to enjoy life! We say, “Call October 5 to celebrate your next project.””

“Thank you to Goldenline remodeling team for their excellent work! I'm very satisfied with the remodel of my master bathroom and kitchen.. The outcome of the project was more than I expected. Master bathroom and custom kitchen came out stunning. They took care of everything, including design, each stage of the project was carefully managed. Project manager Guy was helpful and useful during the whole remodeling process. Professional and responsible team,great customer service, easy communication, quality work.
