Master bathroom and custom kitchen came out stunning. They took care of everything, including design, each stage of the project was carefully managed. “So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

“I hired Highway Remodeling to get my New roof done. we ended up replacing our old HVAC system and we change the attic insulation as well. the communication was great from the first conversation and the guys who worked in my property was making sure that everything stays clean every day after work is done. i had few bad experiences with other contractors in the past but this time project was done in less then 2 weeks and i can say it with confidence This company really care about there clients! I'll indefinably recommend this company!!”

“Kitchen remodeling, master bathroom remodeling, hardwood floors, tile floors, windows and doors, roof, electrical....complete renovation. Fine Builders were recommended to me from friends that used their services. Nir Gozlan, the owner, worked with my friends on their project similar to ours and they were very happy with the results. I did meet with a few contractors but Nir was patient and understood our needs, kept within our budget. We met 4 times before moving forward just to be sure everything was clear on both sides. It is a big project for me and my husband. The project just started. We are remodeling out entire house completely from renovating the kitchen, removing walls, master bathrooms, painting, replacing our roof, upgrading our electrical panel. I will update my review after the company will finish our project. We are very excited and we are happy we chose Fine Builders to renovate our home.”

“Ron and the Great crew of Smart Construction Consultants came to our home to remodel the flooring and our kitchen with some structural changes by removing the wall separate kitchen from living room. The price came fair, the work went as promised - every day from start to completion except the weekends and I liked very much the clean way they are working with keeping the house protected while working around. We had a good experience with no surprises and we achieved our remodeling goals beyond our expectations it came Beautiful”

“My friends recommended me Ray’s crew to design and remodel my old bathroom, my main concern was the cost. When I met Ray he explained me everything I had questions for. After negotiating (cause I was on budget) we found acceptable for both of us compensation. Long story short, they basically did what they promised (along the process we stopped and corrected some minors), but anyway it’s normal for this kind of hassle. By the end the guys cleaned everything and even did some extra work for me. If you’re looking for a professional crew for your project look no further Level Up Constructor.”
