ā€œWe found Concept last year and they met with us and provided great 3D drawings and a complete schedule with costs for our 300 sq ft addittion off of our master bedroom. Started late June and now everythong is finally complete and signed off. After months of hard work and patience our home is finally back and beautuful! the addition has opened up so much for us and our is huge now! We cant say enough great and wonderful things about this team! When your dropping almost 6 figures down for a home remodel hire only the best. We got a great deal.ā€

ā€œSo pleased with my new shower from Platinum Home Builders & Design! The process was so quick; I had my dream shower installed in A Few days ! I didn't think that was possible - I had the same shower tiled in '08 and it took nearly a month to install. I couldn't take looking at the moldy walls any longer - no matter how hard I cleaned nothing helped. I am so thankful for the Microban feature; it keeps my shower clean and keeps me protected. Everyone I spoke with/interacted with was so friendly - this experience was a true pleasure. Thank you, Platinumā€

ā€œAPlus remodeled my Kitchen and dining room. Alex gave me new ideas on a design much better than my existing design. When they were done, I couldn't believe my eyes, I had a new home, walls gone, ceilings raised and a huge area created for in kitchen dining. The beautiful caninets were just added benefits. I am super happy with my new home. So much better than I ever imagined.ā€

ā€œKitchen remodeling, master bathroom remodeling, hardwood floors, tile floors, windows and doors, roof, electrical....complete renovation. Fine Builders were recommended to me from friends that used their services. Nir Gozlan, the owner, worked with my friends on their project similar to ours and they were very happy with the results. I did meet with a few contractors but Nir was patient and understood our needs, kept within our budget. We met 4 times before moving forward just to be sure everything was clear on both sides. It is a big project for me and my husband. The project just started. We are remodeling out entire house completely from renovating the kitchen, removing walls, master bathrooms, painting, replacing our roof, upgrading our electrical panel. I will update my review after the company will finish our project. We are very excited and we are happy we chose Fine Builders to renovate our home.ā€

ā€œI hired econstruction to remodel my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I was a bit intimidated at first by the upcoming process but Oren and his crew made it a fairly easy experience. Job was done in a timely manner, the crew was very nice and understanding. I would highly recommend these guys.ā€

ā€œMy family and I pooled our money together to get me a new condominium in Reseda, CA. We got it for an incredibly good price, but it needed extensive remodeling work. I needed to remove the carpet and replace it with wooden tiles, re-paint the entire place, fix up the wiring, and the plumbing and I needed to redo the entire bathroom. It was no easy matter. What was even more problematic was that the current house I was living in is being foreclosed on and I had roughly 3 months to move out. My step mom knew about US Home Developers through a friend of hers who hired the company before, so she pressured me to look into them. I was sort of new to the whole experience but US Home Developers made it extremely easy. They were up front about the cost and time estimates, and were willing to work with me to provide the best solutions for the limited budget I had. Every day I would come to the condo after work and see what has progressed. I was constantly amazed at the speed by which everything was taken care of. The bathroom was the longest and hardest part because of all the necessary plumbing. They redid the tiles in the kitchen, and replaced all the carpets with the hardwood flooring that I wanted. They actually ended up finishing 2 weeks earlier than I had to move out and I was thrilled because it game a lot of time to move in and get settled. As someone who was entirely new to the experience of having a remodeling job done, I was really amazed at how easy, and great US Home Developers has made the experience.ā€

ā€œWe hired Good life home design to do our ADU. A first we had them do our plans. We interviewed several contractors and many of then didnā€™t seem so happy to have the plans for us, also didnā€™t want to give us a ballpark for the project. Ben was very nice and positive about the process, he warned us from the beginning that the plans can take up to 6 months to get approved. Luckily, we got it approved after 4 months. After the experience we had with this company during the plans, we felt super comfortable to go and continue to do the project with them. Same as the planning, also the actual project went smoothly and quickly. Iā€™m very happy that this project went as planned and we can now use our ADU now, thank you guys for everything!ā€
