ā€œMy wife and I were very happy with the quality and end result from JC Unlimited. We picked them based off all the 5 star reviews we read which is why we wanted to also leave a fantastic review! The communication and knowledge from Jesse, Karley, Kim and all the guys on the crew was excellent. They kept us up to date with everything going on and were accommodating with us adding or removing anything from the project. They renovated our upstairs completely from structural to upgrading our kitchen. We really liked how they had a breakdown of our cost to show exactly where our money was being spent to so everything was upfront and clear. We would definitely recommend JC Unlimited to anyone looking for a quality renovation and would use them in the future. Thanks again for the great work! We love it!ā€

ā€œOur garage addition started off terribly with another contractor doing a very poor job leveling the foundation walls for the garage. Then 8Fold Contracting came and were able to masterfully work around the mistakes the concrete guys made and built a beautiful garage addition that looks original to the house. I am very particular with how I want things done and Chris and his crew did a fantastic job! My wife and I are so pleased with the job that they did that we have recently contacted them to discuss another renovation project we are hoping they can help us with. Our only regret is not knowing about 8Fold Contracting in time to hire them to do the entire garage addition. We would highly recommend 8fold for any project you may have.ā€

They helped me a lot with design and planning process, his recommendations were spot-on and helped me save time and money. Level of craftsmanship and all finishes are amazing. ā€œWe planned a major renovation of our house, requiring removal of many of the main floor structural walls. I met with multiple contractors but ultimately chose Matt and his team, due to their extensive experience and competitive quote. Boy am I glad I did! Matt and his team were professional, on time, and worked within our budget. We changed our minds on a few things as the project went along and Matt quickly adapted to make things work for us. Matt went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the final product. Ie There was a post too close to my open-concept kitchen and I asked Matt to move it. Moving it was very difficult as it required creating a new footing in a very tight basement but Matt and his team delivered. I'm very happy with our experience and highly recommend Matt and his team!ā€

ā€œTotal gutting of kitchen, new powder room and closet in front hall including all electrical and plumbing, painting several rooms and repair of incidental plumbing issues elsewhere. The workmen were superb from start to finish. They were on schedule and responsible. The workers always made sure that the work site was left clean and orderly and even though we remained in the house during the renovation they made sure it was as livable as possible. Dragan was an absolute gentleman in all regards: easy to talk to, always returned calls in a timely fashion and was always calm and able to find solutions to unexpected problems. The project came in on budget and and also time. I have absolutely no complaints about the work and would have no hesitation to recommend Ivic construction and would definitely refer him to others. I have used other workmen in the past for a variety of renovations and have always had issues but this project was the largest yet most satisfying mostly because of the construction group. ... ā€œHi. I am a realestate agent & love selling beautiful homes. Andrea - the owner of ADM just re-modeled a listing of mine - I am telling you it went from dated to fabulous in a couple of weeks! She & her team did a wonderful job & are so easy to deal with. I have had the house on the market 1 day & already have a very interested buyer & several showings booked. The house was on the market for 6 months with another realestate company & they got no offers. Andrea also re-did the kitchen & living room of a friend of mine & it too went from 1950's drab to fab - my friend is now contracting to do the rest of the house. Another friend of mine has had her redo the whole upstairs and loves it. I also recently visited a home Andrea did for the annual Pickering College Xmas tour - I was really impressed - she did a make-over of the whole house & it showed marvelously! And she also recently showed me a huge house she has been doing over the years as the owners change with the times & this house was unbelievable - the crown mouldings, the kitchen, the hand-painted murals - all very impressive. I also sold Andrea a beautiful Frank Lloyd Wright style home that was a bank repo & in agonizing condition - you should see what she's done for this home.
