ā€œHi :) my name is Annabelle and we are from Sunnyvale California, I just finished a new renovation, and I would like to share with you guys my wonderful experience, we started the process with a lot of fears because of previous experience that we had with another contractor two years ago, from the first meeting with Asi, me and my husband felt the honesty and integrity right away, we describe to her what we would like to achieve in our kitchen remodeling project and together with ideas that came from her designer we decided on the final layout, We needed a new kitchen renovation for our home ASAP, we are all working from home, my husband and I and our older daughter, and the kitchen became much more important, it was very surprising but we succeeded to pass all the inspections on time, The communication part was great, personally I preferred to communicate with Asi directly but they are working with a personal online portal that some people will find useful, we needed a few times that Asi will come to us to discuss on a few changes and we always felt comfortable to share with her our concerns and ideas, and eventually we are very satisfied from the end result!ā€

ā€œTitan helped us to build our home in San Jose, CA. The team pays extra attention to details, and they never increase price once the contract is signed. If you like fine finishes, they are the best I can find in our neighborhood. I would use them again if I need to build another home. Thank you Titan!ā€

ā€œMy kitchen now looks beautiful and new again, I hired HomeTech to remodeled my kitchen counter tops and my faucet, they were very helpful and got the work done professionally and fast, they even replaced a piece of wood that the pipe with a leak got very wet and humid. The communication with them was very fast and convenient. I am a very curios person so I asked several questions and they were very open to answered them all. Very satisfied and happy with my new kitchen.ā€

ā€œWe hired Clever Design and Remodeling to remodel our kitchen in our condo. We had met with two other contracting companies and we were given a similar quote as Clever but to be honest, meeting with Gilli gave me a totally different level of confidence than meeting with the others. We replaced most of the carpeting in our home with European Oak wood flooring which is beautiful. We also had the kitchen cabinets refinished and a new stainless steel over the range microwave installed as well as coordinating new sink fixtures and all new cabinet hardware. Recessed lighting was installed in the living room, kitchen, and master bath with necessary patching and all ceilings painted. Roy was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the project -plumbing, electrical, carpentry- displaying true craftsmanship in his work. Gilli was great to work with, she is very detail oriented and he and his team always left our house and the common areas in the condo building extremely clean (cleaner than it was originally, honestly). The Clever Design and Remodeling team really went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable and happy with the work. Strongly recommended!!!!ā€

ā€œWe hired Bluejay Nest to finish a detached studio on our property. The main contractor, Gerardo, first came out to view the studio to provide us an accurate estimate for the job, Afterwards, they followed up via email with a detailed estimate. Vanessa and Gerardo are professional, quick to respond and knowledgable about the remodeling business. Gerardo's crew was available to complete the project around the new years holiday. They installed sheetrock and trim before painting the studio. In addition, they installed engineered hardwood flooring. The team cleaned up the work site meticulously as well. We are very happy with Bluejay nest and would highly recommend them. We are currently in the early stages of planning a remodel with them as well!ā€

ā€œWe hired Century Bay Builders to remodel 3 bathrooms and a laundry room. I was impressed with them right off the bat - the office called to confirm my appointment for an estimate and our awesome project manager Ariel arrived on time and was very professional, thorough, detail-oriented, and had a good sense of humor (very important when doing any remodel!). He was very responsive to emails and texts and always reassuring when issues came up. His crew (Carlos, Fredy, and Marcos) were courteous, meticulous, and did beautiful work. We were especially amazed at how quickly and cleanly the demo went and appreciative that they kept the dust to a minimum since we were living in the house during the remodel. Everyone always checked with me regularly to make sure I was happy with everything. The finished bathrooms are magazine-worthy and we couldn't be happier. When I'm ready to do my next project I'll be happy to work with Ariel and Century Bay Builders again.ā€

Thank you so much to Guy and Decor Builders for remodeling my bathroom, I was thinking to do my bathroom for a very long time but I was really nervous about the process and didnā€™t know any contractor I could trust. Guy made it all look very easy as he explained me every step and was very detailed and patience with me, He helped me choose all the materials and also help me with his contractor discounted prices.
