After inquiring about a quote, David reached out almost immediately and was available to meet and discuss our project within days. During the consult David was kind and easy to talk to; we talked about our plans, timeline goals, and budget. He was honest about what he thought he could do for us and when- no pushy sales pitches or gimmicks! David was just as excited as we were and assured us our dreams could soon be reality. Once started, David and Joe made the entire design and construction process a breeze! “Back in the year 2012 our bathroom was in desperate need of some work. I had 3 estimates done. The first 2 I didn't get a good feeling about, when Greg stepped into our house I knew he was the person I wanted to have do our bathroom. He was so down to earth, honest, professional all around great person!! We were having a wedding in June of that same year. I liked the fact Greg had so many ideas on what we could do things I never would have thought of. They started the job in May and had the job done in time for the wedding. My husband and I were both working at the time and I felt VERY, VERY safe having them here working during the day while we were at work. Building Renewal have done several jobs for us we have also referred him to other people who have been happy as well with the work they do!! We will NEVER have anyone else do the work as long as Building Renewal are in business. The bathroom turn out better than I could have imagined you want this company for your next anything!!!!”

“We have been in our Lang Builders Inc home for about 8 months now and love it still just as much as the day we moved in and probably more. We were able to design a custom home and include specifics we wanted. Lang Builders Inc was great to work with in all phases of construction from choosing our land to our final walk through and questions that we have had to care for our home. “Brandon did the work remodeling my bathroom. He installed ONYX on my tub shower walls and even a ceiling panel. We also had a new cabinet and countertop - also ONYX installed, He also did the floor and painted the bathroom. He worked very hard at my home, his work was meticulous, He installed Onyx corner shelves & crown molding. I would have him do work for me anytime again. From May of 2015 to now in Dec. , of 2016 his project still stands perfect and in mint condition. He also used BLUE Board and did a complete RE-install of the " Under " shower walls and ceiling which passed the Inspection of the City of Inver Grove Hgts. He worked hard for me. God Bless you Brandon, I hope all is well for you. I wanted an EXPERT with the ONYX Product line and that is what Brandon is. Around 60 colors, and many wall styles to pick from - way better than tile, NO Grout & each of my panels is solid from the tub all the way up to the ceiling. the Ceiling Panel was One Large Piece and it is still exactly in place as Brandon had installed it. No problems for me. Many people have been shown my main bathroom and love the way it looks. My home was built in 1982 and Brandon made that bathroom look wonderful - just like a brand new house.
