“Mark Markmiller assisted me by certifying that my existing seismic retrofit was done to code; this enabled me to receive a 20% discount on my earthquake insurance. He was generous with his time, cordial & professional, and has a great sense of humor. Mark does everything from constructing kitchen cabinets to tile work to bolting houses to their foundations. He enjoys his work and takes pride in providing good quality. I highly recommend him.”

“As a 30+ year environmental/land use planner, I've worked professionally with my fair share of contractors. On a personal level, this was my second major home remodel project. Keith Bryant's management and problem solving skills as a general contractor are excellent! Keith does what he says, when he says, and offers great communication every step of the way. I seriously never, ever worried that he would not do something or that he wouldn’t show. A true blessing!!! During our project, he always had a pleasant demeanor and was willing to answer ALL my questions (and I had a lot of questions about everything). Working with Keith and his great crew, we accomplished a whole house remodel in approximately 14 weeks. This project included new sewer, plumbing, electrical, new windows, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, moving walls, new floors, base and crown molding, paint, hardware, and 2000’+ of hardscape! The project hummed along and was completed per Keith’s estimate. We couldn’t be happier with the whole experience with Bryant Construction! Al l our friends our amazed that our remodel was completed so quickly and they love the way it looks, too.”
