“G Family Construction are nice people who are easy to talk to. They listened to my ideas and gave me some additional ideas which improved my plan. An additional window was installed and two French doors replaced old sliders and single door. Additional carpentry work for cabinets, etc. On the eⅹterior French drains were installed and a sump pump was installed in basement.”

“We hired IGreen builders to remodel our master bathroom. The company was the fourth we interviewed with and we were deeply impressed by Liron Knot wide experience, their design ideas and their reasonable price, so we offered them the job on the spot. We were so glad we did that! This was a wonderful team - Liron gave us lots of great ideas on the design. He was our project manager, and was very experienced and customer oriented. I often called him multiple times a day and he was always very patient to answer my questions and kept me updated on the daily schedule. The crew was very professional, courteous and highly skillful - we really love the great tile work. Tony and his folks did an excellent job. Now we enjoyed our beautiful bathroom everyday and we are so glad we hired this team. We love their work so much that we decided to remodel the two bathrooms upstairs as well with them, which are ongoing right now.”

“Shawn Aya of Aya Homes built the home that we bought. He built this house with a lot of quality in it. The workmanship was very good. The house has lot of upgrades that he put in the house. Some of the upgrades are 8 foot high insulated ceiling in the garage, a passive radon system, three-quarter inch stained solid wood floor, tray ceilings in all bedrooms, under kitchen cabinets LED lights, wider stairs to the basement, decora light switches to name a few. We built the house finished. Most of the upgrades he built into the house, we did not add them. We do not know anything about the project dates, costs, and deadlines.”

“Aaron Hirschfeld handled a complex remodel of my home and made the construction aspect of the project the most seamless and actually enjoyable. He had clear communication and set expectations to me as the homeowner and made sure his crew followed the same protocols. He would be able to see issues with the plans before they were out of hand and was able to make sure they were resolved. His huge network within the industry helped if we ever needed something quickly. Since the completion of the project I have continued to use his services. A recent example is that I had solar installed recently and there was an issue with the electrical that the solar installers thought was on our end. He was out there that day to show that it was indeed not an issue on our end but something that was messed up by the solar install and had them take care of the issue.”

“Creation 7 build the master addition on our house. It is generally understood that having major remodeling done on your house, can be a frustrating process. It's noisy, messy, and usually, goes over budget. I can honestly say that almost none of these were true for our experience with Creation 7. The men were so respectful of our space. They cleaned up at the end of the day - no mess was ever left. The construction generally stayed within budget. These guys were a pleasure to be around also. They were funny and nice, but also respectful of our need for privacy. Also our completed addition! It's so gorgeous! Everything is in perfect working order. Their eye for detail and overall craftsmanship is amazing. I really can't say enough how great our en suite master bedroom is. It has transformed our house from an old boring space into our dream house. I highly, highly recommend Creation 7!”

“I have several reasons for highly recommending Smith & Son Inc. Our project was the installation of a composite deck over a worn out cement patio. Out of the three quotes we received, Lance Smith not only provided us with a detailed quote very quickly, he was the only individual we met with who followed up with us by telephone to discuss his quote. This discussion led to further clarity regarding our project and savings on the overall cost, putting us within our budget. Lance recommended a particular decking material which we are extremely pleased with. Knowing we were eager to start, Lance found a way to begin our project much sooner than expected. His three man crew was led by a seasoned and experienced foreman who not only guided his team, but also checked in with us frequently to make sure we were satisfied. Noe took great pride in his work and was very eager to please. They kept the work area tidy and safely stowed their equipment at the end of their workday. We are very happy with the finished project which exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to use Smith & Son again and would highly recommend them to friends and family.”
