“People always talk about how choosing the wrong contractor will cost you a lot of time, money and heartache. So the most important thing we looked for while searching for our contractor was honesty and integrity. With Jonathan, that’s exactly what you will get. From the very beginning, Jonathan was very straightforward and honest about pricing, timeline, expectations, etc. In any construction, things are bound to go wrong from time to time simply because of miscommunication or pure mistakes. But Jonathan always tried to address those issues with honesty and went above and beyond even when they were not actually his fault. Also, we were looking for a highly design oriented outcome with many picky details throughout the house. It must have been challenging for Jonathan to deal with us, but he always pulled through until we were satisfied when the initial work didn’t meet our high expectations. He even threw in some extra work (with no charge) in areas we couldn’t even see just to make sure everything was done correctly. We only found out he had done that later when we were finishing the project. Overall, we had a really great experience with Jonathan.”

“We used SRT Building and Renovation for a major home remodel. The first thing that comes to mind is they are professional. Their quality of work is some of the best we have seen using contractors, they a timely and committed to the dates they lay out, and they are reasonable on the inevitable change requests that happen with any project. “I hired MVP builders to remodel my kitchen and master bathroom. I was quite nervous to begin this process but Mike and his tesm exceeded my expectations! He was do helpful with the design and great ideas snd his team worked in a very clean manner! Tbe project was on time and on budget. “Wonderful experience with James and Barrybuilt. He helped get plans resolved when our architect dropped the ball and disappeared. I was a novice at remodeling and James stepped in and worked with me and the city. My kitchen, dining room and TV room turned out beautifully and many of the items in the kitchen redo were very innovative. We worked with the latest products to make this kitchen special and in the forefront of design and materials. Great workmanship and so patient and he took the time to explain details. I recommended him to 3 other interested parties in our neighborhood and would gladly work with him again.”

“I had my bathroom done a couple years ago by R & R. It came out REALLY nice so I had them do my kitchen. I absolutely LOVE how it came out. The quality is really good, and I didn’t have any issues along the way. I would absolutely recommend R&R. It’s so scary to look for a contractor. But this one was up to par.”

“Val made our dreams come true. Our construction project included removing walls, adding a walk-in shower, removing a bathtub (that requires rearranging plumbing for a new soak tub, etc. ) Their creativeness and management of the project from beginning to end with minimal interference by us was a great experience . Val was on top of every detail and kept communicating with me on a daily basis. The whole house ties together beautifully. Thanks so much we love the design you came up with.”

“Our extraordinary custom home, designed and reconstructed by October 5 Fine Home Builders is undeniably a work of art. October 5 offers superior design and execution, where form and function converge. Ryan, the project superintendent, attends to every detail with an eye for quality and perfection. Their open-floor plan design blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces, light abounds in every room, yet the space remains purposely private and intimate. Originally constructed in 1953, our home had not undergone any remodeling or updating. During construction, the house was all but demolished - leaving only the rough framing and portions of the exterior stucco and siding. Earthquake updates, 200 amp electrical service, beefed-up insulation, plumbing, heating and air-conditioning, smooth drywall, wide-plank flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, and dual-glazed windows supported the bulk of the project, which lasted 4 ½ months. With clean contemporary lines, the modern floor plan, great for entertaining, offers a celebrated life-style. What a beautiful and relaxing way to enjoy life! “I reached out to Home Renew 360 to work on my house and they came quickly. I decided to continue with them since they explained all the details and addressed my concerns which made me feel safe. I had done the exterior paint , rewrite and the roof and it looks absolutely amazing! The cool life paint with the cool roof makes the house so much cooler during the hot summer that I barely turn on my AC! They are very professional , responsible and honest , would definitely recommend Home Renew 360!”

“So pleased with my new shower from Platinum Home Builders & Design! The process was so quick; I had my dream shower installed in A Few days ! I didn't think that was possible - I had the same shower tiled in '08 and it took nearly a month to install. I couldn't take looking at the moldy walls any longer - no matter how hard I cleaned nothing helped. I am so thankful for the Microban feature; it keeps my shower clean and keeps me protected. Everyone I spoke with/interacted with was so friendly - this experience was a true pleasure. Thank you, Platinum”
