For example, if their client wants help picking out stone in our warehouse, we always see them come in with them to make sure they are getting taken care of. If the client wants to pick out a stone themselves, that's what happens! They make sure their clients are choosing the products they are wanting in their project all the while being honest and upfront about costs. “After meeting Nicole, I realized that I’ve watched to much HGTV. It takes longer than an hour to put a large addition onto your 81 year old home. Nicole has a great sense of style. Nicole’s suggestions were on point and she was very patient explaining everything to my 80 year old mother. The project took longer than expected due to COVID but the end result was worth the wait. I would definitely recommend NGAGE Properties Group for any home improvement or design project. This is my second home requiring renovations. Her work and customer service is phenomenal; 2nd to none.”

“I used Ridgeline to repurpose an old dining room into a living room. These guys were amazing. They built me a custom cabinet for a built in TV to redesign the room lay out. The custom woodwork was unmatched to anything else I’ve done at my house. The work was done quickly and at a good value. Ridgeline ensured I was 100% satisfied. I couldn’t ask for more. I highly recommend Ridgeline. I will use these guys for future work.”

“I had searched for several years for the right contractor to redo my kitchen. I tried several contractors on smaller home improvement projects or handyman jobs but they all were either poor communicators, poor quality or too expensive. I found New Line Remodeling on a Maryland Contractors site and Carlos was at my home the next day to review my handyman projects. He asked excellent questions, quoted a fair price and finished the first job I gave him the next day. I was so pleased, I showed him my kitchen and hired him to replace the countertops and cabinets as well as install a new garbage disposal and a tile backsplash. He worked with me on each step of choosing cabinets, granite, sink, under cabinet lighting etc. His network of granite and cabinet people were excellent as well! His attention to detail was even higher than mine (and I am picky) and the end result was gorgeous, on budget and a total installation time of 6 DAYS from tear out to being able to use my new kitchen. He even rerouted the mess of pipes under the sink for a more functional space. I ALWAYS recommend New Line Remodeling for any job in my home or my friends' homes. I use them exclusively for any work I need done.”
