“Cordeiro Construction is absolutely amazing! They do the most beautiful patio at my home complete with a full outdoor kitchen with granite countertops, built in grill, sink, mini refrigerator and gas fire pit. Eduardo was very professional, easy to work with and his prices are great! I have used him for many other projects and will continue to use him in the future. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!!!”

“We hired Anthony to design and renovate our small South Philly basement. He and his team (big shout out to my main man Chuck!) did an amazing job. It required some significant D&E and juggling several different teams. Anthony was on the job and available 24/7, keeping us up to date via text, emails and phone calls. He worked quickly and used his extensive connections to find us quality products on a budget. When issues popped up totally unrelated to his work, Anthony worked with our previous contractors to identify the issue, come up with a solution, and got them to pay 100% of the cost. Without Anthony we would have been out of luck! To this day, we go back to Anthony with questions and requests for recommendations and he always comes through. Like our concierge contractor! Hire Anthony, you'll be happy you did! (Yes I'm a real person and no I'm not a blood relative - have Anthony put me in touch with you if you need a reference)”

Sam is always professional, a great communicator, timely and really listened to our needs to understand the work that needed to be done. He even brought in expertise in specific areas to get specialist’s opinions when needed. We would absolutely work with Sam and his team again. We are fortunate to have found a reliable, knowledgeable and skilled contractor in the area. Highly recommended!”

“I would highly recommend Jack and his team to anyone! And already have! Our neighbors recommended him to us after their bathroom reno and our other neighbors will be using him in the fall for theirs. He’s the best! We renovated 2.5 bathrooms this spring with Jack. His quote came in where we were hoping which was great. But more importantly for us was the quality of the work and ease of working with him and his team. Jack is very responsive, timely, and always follow through, which we have learned is difficult to find. Whenever I got stressed, Jack always remained calm and addressed any concerns right away. Truly Jack and his team were a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to use them again for any future projects! (See pics of Northern Liberties bathrooms for our reno)”

“I have dealt with many contractors over the past few years and I have been extremely disappointed - they either didn't show up/were 2 hours late, were completely unprofessional (cursing in front of me) or they never finished the work the were paid to do. Needless to say that I was very anxious about having to find a new contractor to put in our new kitchen. I found Freedom General Contracting by a recommendation from a friend. Leary, I decided to give them a call. I was very impressed by Steve's professional manner over the phone. He worked with my busy schedule and met me on a Sunday to look at the work I wanted to do and give me a quote. Steve's quote was right in line with the other 2 quotes I received, so the only thing I had to work with was the recommendation from my friend. I usually don't write reviews, but I felt that I needed to do this because I was so impressed with FGC! Firstly, they showed up on time (that's a huge bonus point right there), they finished the job in the time frame given and the best part is my absolutely stunning kitchen (just in time for Christmas). I honestly didn't think it would ever come out as good as it did (I am extremely picky, so my husband says). There were no surprises, no "That's gonna cost you more" and no belligerent men working in my home. It is so nice to finally work with a company who is so honest, reliable and does such amazing work! Thank you Steve from the bottom of my heart!! I will be in touch soon about my living room and new arbor. Kim G Southampton, PA”
