“Anthony (AF Contractors) has completed a number of home projects for me, most recently putting 3 new roofs on my large home. His pricing is fair and reasonable, and he remains true to his estimates. The crew showed up on time and worked overtime (at night) to complete the roofing project when rain was forecasted. Anthony is onsite at the start, and also reviews the work to ensure it is done to his standards and that the work site is cleaned up. I can't say enough about Anthony and his work, and I've referred him to several friends who have also hired him. He's my "go to" contractor for all my home needs. Hire him and you won't be disappointed!”

“Ilya Remolding sent three workmen to convert our screen- in porch to a sunroom and spent about a week and half putting together Sheetrock, drywall and new window installation, hard wood flooring and getting inspection and approval from local county. They even secured the base of the sunroom by putting additional support. The guys weee punctual as we were told- same at 8 every day. Our sunroom came out bright and beautiful.The manager was very communicative and even bought materials for us. I thought they were more professional than other contractors. We will use them for other projects in the summer.”

“J,Neville construction did a fantastic job finishing the basement in our Chester Springs home. We installed custom cabinets, a bar and bathroom and were thrilled with the work. The workers were always courteous and cleaned up everyday they were on site. Jerry completed the job on time and in budget......a miracle these days! They provided suggestions & guidance when needed; met all deadlines as promised; were neat & courteous throughout the duration of the project; were very detail-oriented and great problem-solver and proved to be very resourseful. Additionally, after the project was completed, they were readily available for any follow-up issues/questions that arose and they resolved them in a timely manner. “I hired Polished Concepts to renovate a new home I was moving into. The Kitchen needed a new floor, new cabinets, and a backsplash. We needed to build a new 1/2 bathroom in the first floor and renovate the main bathroom in the second floor. We also wanted to install carpets, and paint the first and second floor of the house. Not only did they stick to the budget provided, but they also completed the work in a timely and professional matter. The company was very responsive. They reached out to me the first day and I had an estimate the second day from contact. The third day, all of the local permits were pulled and work had started. The entire project was completed within two weeks. I was extremely happy and impressed with the results. I would absolutely hire them again.”
