He was able to resolve many of plan changes we had requested and he did it with a smile. One was a 4500 sq. ft. coastal contemporary home on Lido Beach with plans by the architectural firm of Cliff Scholz. This home turned out to be the best rated in the neighborhood of St. Armand's Circle and was featured in several of Sarasota's esteemed real estate publications. The other is our current home on Longboat Key, which is a 3600 sq. ft. coastal contemporary home with plans from architect Mark Sultana of Sarasota Florida. Everyone who visits us remarks about the extraordinary craftsmanship in every aspect of the home. Bluewater also did a major renovation for us of a 1940's home on Lido Key. The results made us very happy. We sold the home and the purchasers were also very happy with the quality of what they purchased.
