“Whatever you need, Robert is ON IT. On time, on budget, beautiful work, and he WRANGLES WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY so you don't have to. We hired Kodiak to stain our pool deck (at the recommendation of the local Sherwin Williams). Robert took one look at our roof and said, "You've got a lot of hail damage, see?" then showed us pics of the dings and dents we'd failed to notice. He met with the insurance adjuster a few days later and within a week we had a brand new roof. I then hired him to repair and seal our driveway. He powerwashed it THREE TIMES before putting the sealer on. A contractor with a conscience!”

“I highly recommend Venteicher Renovations! Raelene and Joe helped us create the home of our dreams! They have an amazing eye for detail and ensured our project was well organized and went smoothly. There was one cabinet stain color that didn’t turn out exactly as I wanted and they were kind enough to get them repaired after we wrapped up the project- that is unheard of in the world of renovations and contractors!! Joe and Raelene are very caring, honest, responsive and professional- we had a great experience with them! Raelene is also a designer with amazing taste, I found her expertise and recommendations invaluable during our build process. Before meeting them, I worked with a designer to create renders of what I wanted, and they executed everything perfectly! I am including some pictures below of the renders and final outcomes. We are extremely happy with the quality of work and couldn’t recommend Venteicher Renovations enough!”

“I had Lance come and install a very nice Pella storm door. He was very professional, kind, and considerate. He made the door fit perfectly!!!! I would highly recommend him for this or other jobs you may have. Also, he has done painting, and has repaired cabinet doors for us. I had no problem recommending him to friends in our neighborhood where he has done work for them recently. They called and thanked me soo much for recommending him.”

“Luis was hired to repair soffit and facial boards and to paint all trim on house. In addition, he power washed wood fence and stained it, He did excellent work. Luis is easy to work with. He consulted with me as the work was being done and frequently offered good advice. The work was completed promptly and at a reasonable price. He give Luis my highest recommendation.”

“John met with us several times as my husband and I debated over what we wanted to do with the kitchen. We decided to do an extensive remodel including putting in new tile floor, moving the location of existing appliances, adding a gas line for the range, replacing cabinets with custom cabinets, and adding granite countertop. His quote was cheaper than a competing contractor and in the end was very close to the actual cost. His workers were reliable and did a very nice job. When small problems arose (as they will when remodeling a 25 year old home), he was willing to go the extra mile to remedy the situation and make sure that we were satisfied. His estimated time frame was also pretty accurate. We are very pleased with our updated, beautiful kitchen!”
