“Zack responded very quickly and got the job done very quickly. He installed an in-wall dog door which means he cut a hole in the wall of the house and inserted the door. He did a nice and neat job for a very reasonable price and we are very happy with his workmanship. The dogs are so so happy that they can live a free and independent life by going in and out at their leisure. Thank you Zack !!!”

“As one of the top photographers in the field of architectural spaces, I've traveled the world and seen the best construction one can imagine. On many occasions I've had the pleasure of spending time photographing projects built by SoCal Contractor. From a $14,000,000 in the Hollywood Hills home to many A-list celebrities, to a 3 acre Spanish Revival estate on world famous Laurel Canyon, to more modest loft style homes, to desert retreats, to beach front residences, SoCal Contractor nails it every time. The work is varied and unique, with attention to the smallest detail making the projects stand out among other high end spaces. Two of the projects I shot for SoCal Contractor made it to the covers of national magazines. I've also had the pleasure of meeting the owners of the homes and they have only wonderful things to say about the SoCal team and you can clearly see they are beaming with pride over their enviable homes. I personally know the owner of SoCal Contractor, Roy, and can tell you, he is a stand up guy who really enjoys what he does. I'd recommend SoCal Contractor to anyone who wants a job done well, no matter how challenging.”

“Working with Sustainable Industries was one of the best experiences I've had on a construction and design project in my home. Not only did they have great ideas and solutions to completely transform the functionality and aesthetics of the project, they were delightful to work with - and the attention to detail is unmatched. The vision that they had and the ability to bring it to fruition was remarkable. They worked tirelessly to try and either repurpose and upcycle whenever possible in the construction. We also stayed on budget and on time...both are unheard of in today's market. And, the project far exceeded my expectations - it's gorgeous, high quality, and functional. Highly recommend!”

“We raised our family in the same neighborhood over 26 years. Our home yearned for updating. Some goals were: eliminate fall risks from multi level flooring, make downstairs bathroom senior safe, open up family room and brighten up downstairs with new doors and windows. We chose Marrokal because of their impeccable reputation. We did not seek other bids because ours would be the 7th Marrokal remodel project in our small cul-de-sac. All our neighbors praised their work. The Design Team exceeded our expectations and incorporated creative innovations into our home AND helped us stay within our budget. The production phase required a bit of oversight, but this job, remodeling all of the downstairs, was completed on time in 5 1/2 months. We lived in our home during the project and Marrokal always kept the job site clean! The caliber of subs was top notch. The final product turned out fabulous! Finally, we rarely need to utilize our extended warranty due to the quality of workmanship, nothing breaks! There is no doubt in our minds that we will hire Marrokal for future projects. You should too!!”

He gave us useful advice on all decisions, but let us be the ultimate decision makers. We trusted Michael to work on our home while we were traveling in Europe, and came back to a high-quality, finished bathroom. He was also able to troubleshoot any problems we came across. “IBuild Construction stepped in and did a major remodel on my house after the major storm of President's Weekend 2017. My roof got half blown off by the 55 mph wind, and subsequently my master bedroom and bathroom flooded and we needed to redo everything. My husband prefers modern aesthetic, and I prefer Spanish, so when it came to picking tile for the bathroom we were both becoming extremely frustrated. Ali Khosravi, of Ibuild, sent me several suggestions and one of them ended up being EXACTLY the perfect middle ground compromise between what my husband and I both liked, and we were thrilled with the price point. Ali and his crew redid the flooring in my master bedroom with tile, painted the walls, and did a major renovation on my master bathroom. Before it was ugly, cramped, with a black toilet and black bathtub, and now it is spa-like and fabulous. By far my favorite room in the house. Ali and Reza were extremely forthcoming on all costs and fees, and I felt very comfortable with them. Everyone raves about my bathroom and 2 of my close friends have also hired them to do kitchen remodels and a bathroom remodel and they have all been very happy. Their pricing is competitive, they work fast, and they are HONEST. What more can a girl ask for?”
