“We hired CCI to redesign and renovate our kitchen which involved combining our current kitchen and dining room into one larger kitchen space. We had done 2 major renovations to our home in the past 8 years, so I feel we have a good idea as to what the renovation process is all about. We had an excellent experience with CCI right from our initial call to inquire about their services, down to the last piece of hardware installed on the cabinets. Their price was fair, the schedule went according to plan and their work was very good. The lead carpenter, Jay, showed up every day during the 10 week renovation, unless he informed me that he was needed elsewhere that day (very rare). We had no surprises as to who was showing up on a given day-- I was always told when the subs would be at my house,and they always showed up on that day. Everyone at CCI was great to work with --Bill, the president, all of the office staff , and Nikki who designed the kitchen. Nikki came up with some great storage solutions in her design, and also helped us select all of the finishes. She was key in making the new space look fabulous AND work efficiently. We are thrilled with the finished product and I would highly recommend CCI.”

“I thought I had my kitchen all planned out, in my mind at least...After calling and visiting several contractors we decided on H & R, why, because from the start we took a liking to Hunter , as a person and a professional. My experience in the past with other jobs on my house was less than satisfactory, you know chasing the General Contractor to find out WHEN they were coming back, problems before, during and after the job was complete. We got NONE of that with Hunter and his team. A little about his team : they are friendly, professional and CLEAN! But most of all the skills that these men have supersedes the price they charge. The budget...most of the time they get you with the budget but Hunter did not do that he gave us a number and we came under it, even with all my add ons. We had an ugly 1950's cabinet that Mario ( one of his contractors) was able to make into a BEAUTIFUL barn door...a one of a kind show piece that I LOVE!!! The attention to detail all over is just CRAZY good! Hunter emailed me daily with updates on what they did and what would be happening the next day. The kitchen of my dreams that I had been planning in my head for 14 years was well worth the wait and I am very glad we chose H & R to take on this task. I highly recommend them!”

“The company replaced a double casement window which was hanging out of it's frame. The job was rushed because of the windows condition. The job was done quickly without any issues. When they were through they cleaned up every thing, painted what ever needed repainting and left the place spotless inside and out. I would definitely recommend United.”

“We hired East Side Construction after interviewing 5 other contractors for our kitchen renovation. They were recommended to us by Cypress Design Company, who we had already hired for our design and materials. Cost-wise, they were competitive with one other company that Cypress also recommended. Ultimately, we chose them because they were responsive. We had lots of questions as we were making our decision and Chris responded to every email within a day. They other company took a week to get back to us, and when we had more questions they didn't follow up. Based on previous experiences with contractors, responsiveness in a contractor is a very important to us. Their contract was very detailed, their payment schedule was clear, their workers were friendly, polite, knowledgeable, clean, punctual. The quality of the work was great. “Our experience with Maynard Construction was absolutely incredible. From the first time we met Jesse, who oversaw the entire kitchen renovation project, he impressed us as a straight shooter, an excellent problem-solver and a good listener. His quote was fair and he made it clear that he stands by the quality of his work. Jesse also exhibited flexibility and the ability to adapt on the fly. A perfect example was the water that we found in the ceiling (a previous problem we had long before Maynard Construction started work) literally the day after the plaster had dried on the new ceiling. Jesse came over and investigated the problem, found the leak in the roof (diagnosed the insulation problem in the attic while he was at it!) and solved the problem for a very reasonable extra cost. Basically, we felt like Jesse was an honest and true partner in this kitchen project, not just a constructor looking to take advantage to pad his pockets. Furthermore, Jesse was responsive to my texts, emails, and phone calls, always getting back to me within 24 hours. He has the perfect disposition for his line of work: he is thoughtful, calm, creative, polite, and professional. Construction projects are, by definition, expensive and stressful. Every one of our interactions with Jesse brought us peace of mind!! We have the utmost respect for Chris, who was the main worker throughout the project. He is highly skilled and professional. He was a good listener as well, and took his time to measure, level, consider all possibilities, and did everything with clear attention to detail. All Jesse's guys were tidy and patient with our frequent questions / kids running around, etc. I would strongly recommend Maynard to anyone. I can’t overstate how much the renovated kitchen has changed our house: we all basically LIVE in the kitchen now and are already planning what we want to do to renovate the bathrooms. When we are ready, we will only make one call. We won’t trust our house to anyone else but Maynard Construction. We put our hopes and dreams in their hands and they did not disappoint.”
