“Al, Owen and team did an entire house renovation for our fixer-upper. Our realtor gave us their number because of the great quality of work and after meeting with them once, I was ready to go. It was a 1960's fixer upper we were thinking about buying in our dream location and if Iron Rose hadn't come through, we might not be settled and happy with our location right now. I am an anxious person and was prepared for a HGTV-style reno nightmare BUT I had so much fun working with them! They touched every room and one year later, everything is still perfect. My kitchen is a show piece. Owen refinished our wood floors beautifully. They took down walls, created an office with a double sided fireplace, and made 3 very dated bathrooms shine. They installed appliances and new water-proof flooring where we didn't have hardwood. They communicated so well, anticipated problems, stayed on a very tight timeline and budget and created a dream house. CONTACT THEM NOW!!!”

“AA Renovations did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the electrical issue in my office building so that we could finally put to use the commercial copy machine/printer we purchased. As a result of the previous contractor being much less knowledgeable about code and safety, the electrical outlet was not only damaged but caused damage to our $4,000 printer and became a fire hazard. Al managed to, not only bring the electrical up to code, but was also punctual, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I have already and will continue to recommend AA Renovations to anyone who is looking for great contractors for home or office repairs!”

“I wanted to personally say that Ryan (Sensitive Information Hidden) is extremely professional. He noticed I had some roof damaged and stopped by my home to offer assistance. In spite the fact that I had just hired a contractor, he took his time to explain everything to me and and what to expect and what to tell my contractor. “We had a full bathroom remodel done by NorthWest Construction. The final result is absolutely beautiful. John C was the project manager. He communicated clearly what was happening and when. He listened to our needs and wants. There was no "hard sell". They were very caring, professional and courteous. (It was extremely nice to see some of the younger workers truly polite and taking great care in their work). Even though the project took a little bit longer than anticipated (waiting on City inspections slowed things down), every step was communicated. John pushed to get things done as quickly as possible. We did go a bit over budget since we added a few things in as we were going along. However, that was because we added to the project. I'm glad that we did. Great job. I would definitely use them again.”
