“Hi :) my name is Annabelle and we are from Sunnyvale California, I just finished a new renovation, and I would like to share with you guys my wonderful experience, we started the process with a lot of fears because of previous experience that we had with another contractor two years ago, from the first meeting with Asi, me and my husband felt the honesty and integrity right away, we describe to her what we would like to achieve in our kitchen remodeling project and together with ideas that came from her designer we decided on the final layout, We needed a new kitchen renovation for our home ASAP, we are all working from home, my husband and I and our older daughter, and the kitchen became much more important, it was very surprising but we succeeded to pass all the inspections on time, The communication part was great, personally I preferred to communicate with Asi directly but they are working with a personal online portal that some people will find useful, we needed a few times that Asi will come to us to discuss on a few changes and we always felt comfortable to share with her our concerns and ideas, and eventually we are very satisfied from the end result!”

“Once again the experience was phenomenal! We have used 1st Choice Builders before for our current home and because of the excellent experience hired them again for 2 rental units that needed some renovations. Not only do they come in with the knowledge of the tactical elements to complete the job, but with 1st Choice Builders you receive so much more. As with any home project, there are always situations that arise that need some strategic solutions. 1st Choice Builders's master carpentry team are amazing! They can easily resolve any issue that appears to be complicated and to you the customer, makes it appear a)so minor and b)totally reduces any anxiety you may have. The other benefit to 1st choice builders is their extensive list of building suppliers for items needed. In addition, their master plumbers, electricians and HVAC to name a few are top notch. I see how this company has been in business for over 10 years based on their attentiveness to the customer - always responding quickly! As well their staff retention is high which speaks volumes to a business. “We hired Clever Design and Remodeling to remodel our kitchen in our condo. We had met with two other contracting companies and we were given a similar quote as Clever but to be honest, meeting with Gilli gave me a totally different level of confidence than meeting with the others. We replaced most of the carpeting in our home with European Oak wood flooring which is beautiful. We also had the kitchen cabinets refinished and a new stainless steel over the range microwave installed as well as coordinating new sink fixtures and all new cabinet hardware. Recessed lighting was installed in the living room, kitchen, and master bath with necessary patching and all ceilings painted. Roy was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the project -plumbing, electrical, carpentry- displaying true craftsmanship in his work. Gilli was great to work with, she is very detail oriented and he and his team always left our house and the common areas in the condo building extremely clean (cleaner than it was originally, honestly). The Clever Design and Remodeling team really went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable and happy with the work. Strongly recommended!!!!”
