“Two years ago I bought a condo in a building that was built in 1939. Not much had been done to the unit since then, and while it is beautiful space, I needed help. Patro Construction came highly recommended and I chose them to do the work. I have heard many rehab horror stories but I was so impressed with this company. Roman has highly qualified people working for him and they did an excellent job. I was concerned about money but the project came in on time, on budget, and the work was exemplary. There was no drama. I got a new kitchen, new wiring, repairs to walls and everything painted (2 coats of paint). The next year I hired Patro Construction to gut my 1939 bathroom and rebuild it. It came in on time, on budget, and it is beautiful. I would hire this company for any new or reconstructive work.”

“HP Construction has done 6 major projects on our house: remodeling/expanding a kitchen, remodeling 2 bathrooms, demolition of a carport and construction of a garage and entryway, demolition and reconstruction of an old and distinctive porch, removal/replacement of siding and 2 window replacements. We first used the company in 2002 for the kitchen and were so pleased that we have gone to them first for every subsequent job on our house. The house is over 100 years old and needs someone familiar with the challenges involved and a willingness to help preserve its original architectural features. “Trela Roofing & Remodeling did a complete tear off of a cedar shake roof and replaced it with Certainteed Presidential TL shingle. They also replaced 4 skylights as well a new guttering. Trela Roofing & Remodeling started and completed the project on time and we are very pleased with the results. We were a bit nervous about switching from cedar shake to an asphalt shingle because we really liked the look of the cedar roof, however, they were very knowledgeable and thorough with providing all product details on different asphalt shingles we were considering. They provided a list of nearby recently completed jobs in different types of shingles and colors so we could compare. In terms of the skylight, the sales team recommended having 2 of the 4 skylights open after we explained how we envision using the skylights and which rooms they were in and what direction they faced (sun vs no sun). I was impressed that they didn't recommend the higher priced skylights that opened for all 4 but only recommended 2 openings to help with ventilation. The crew was highly professional and always kept the job site clean and secure (we have little kids and were a bit worried about debris in the yard or driveway where they play). During the job, the sales team kept us updated on the progress (even what might happen when there was a threat of rain) and even had a few suggestions on additional woodworking detail on the eave of our garage (which we went ahead and did and it looks very nice). This company has been around for years and years and is family owned. I'm confident that if I had a question or concern in the future on my roof or skylights or gutters, they would provide exceptional customer service as they did throughout the job. I would highly recommend this company for all your roofing and remodeling needs. We are very pleased with our new roof - our house looks like it has been transformed and we are very excited about the warranty of our roof as well as the no maintenance required with an asphalt shingle. We will be contacting them when we need to replace our windows shortly”
