“My husband and I have owned our home for 30 years, we plan to age in place here as this will be our forever home. We have been making some changes to the house to make this possible. One of the issues we were having was there were no rails on our three porches. The porches are short concrete steps with one or two risers each. The front porch in particular is very small. Jeff was quick to understand what we wanted to do, and had great ideas for us that we had not thought of. He promised to get us drawings and a quote for our project within a reasonable time and met his commitment. Another advantage for us was that Jeff's company not only built rails but would install them too. After we agreed to a design and signed a contract, Jeff also followed through on our agreed timeline. When the day came to install the rails we were happier than ever that we had found this company. The workmanship on these rails is beautiful, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the way they look on our house. Overall, we would recommend this company for the friendliness, professionalism, aesthetics, and quality of their work.
