“Kevin and his crew were great to work with! Over several months, they restored my run down investment property and turned it back into a beautiful historic preservation home! They gutted three full bathrooms, dry walled, tiled flooring, worked with plumber on installation of new bath tubs, sinks, toilets. Remodeled 2 kitchens and one kitchenette. Installed flooring and repaired/ refinished hardwood. Worked with inspectors & subcontractors: insulating floor joists, attic, basement limestone walls, electricians, HVAC; to bring this 110 year old house up to code. There were a million little “surprises” that came up-while tearing some of the spaces down to the studs...Kevin worked with me to make the best decisions -keeping budget and schedule on track. Honest, Reliable & Trustworthy! Highly recommend Homes by Klein!”

We made some changes as the project went on and I was very pleased with the fair pricing for the changes we made through out the project. “We used Mr. Lemke to fix our leaking garage. We had lawn atop it and it required removing all of the soil from the top followed by sealing the roof with a rubber membrane, installing a fence around it and replacing the wooden facade that had been damage by water leaking on the front., Multiple trades people and much coordination but all happened before the snow. Nice and professional”

“A severe hailstorm went through our neighborhood in May-June, and Jerry's crew had just finished replacing the roof on my neighbor's house. They had done a very good job on it, and I started talking to Jerry, and asked if he would take a look at my roof while he was there. We went up onto the roof. I had never before seen the damage that hail can do to a roof, I was surprised to see how bad it was. I asked him if he would be willing to replace my roof, he agreed to take it on and told me he could supply references. I said that my neighbor's roof was the only reference I needed. All I had to do was to file a claim with my insurance company, and he was there when the adjustor arrived and they examined the roof together. I received the estimate and Jerry did all the rest. He even recommended a type and color of shingle that would enhance the appearance of my house. He was right, the house looked very good with that combination. I went to work one morning, and when I came home that evening the job was complete. It was nice to have a contractor exceed my expectations!”
