If you want someone who is honest and trustworthy, I would recommend Jim to you. However, please don't take advantage of Jim to get free design work or a free build. “When we moved in to our new home in the Penryn area, our first project was to build a pool house. We knew no one in the area, but our neighbor recommended Newton Construction. We contacted them and Garet Newton came over to take a look at our project. We liked him immediately. He asked us to give him a week to get back to us with a bid.
